Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Alyssa Hawn. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alyssa, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
I wouldn’t say that I’ve “found” my purpose. It’s more like I’m constantly letting it reveal itself as I go along and stay present. I’ve learned that purpose isn’t a job title or a single thing you do. It’s more like who you are being while you live your life. For me, that’s always evolving.
Five years ago, I was in a very different place. I was struggling with many different serious chronic illnesses with no solution to be found. I felt disconnected from myself, and I honestly didn’t like who I was becoming. One afternoon, while sitting in a hospital parking lot, I had a major breakdown. In tears, I asked a God I wasn’t even sure I believed in for help.
The second I asked, peace came over me. Like I had surrendered control and put it back into the hands of the Universe. A short time later, I stumbled onto a health podcast, which led me into the world of natural healing. That curiosity became the doorway into a much deeper spiritual awakening. I began to see that everything in my life was happening for me, not to me. If I paid attention, I could be shaped into exactly who I was meant to be.
On that journey, I found two modalities that changed everything: ThetaHealing® and Human Design. They helped me understand who I truly was beneath the conditioning and the fear. Once I experienced that level of clarity and self-trust, I knew I wanted to help others feel it too.
So my purpose isn’t something I do. It’s the person I am. Helping others reconnect with their own truth is the natural expression of that.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I’m not someone who can pick just one thing to do in my business. I’m multi-passionate by design, and the various components of my work often blend together in ways that feel natural and intuitive.
My favorite offering is my 5-month Health Coaching program, because it brings all of my modalities together. It’s designed for women who have tried everything (diets, routines, supplements) and still feel stuck in their bodies or their lives. Through a blend of functional health assessments, tailored Human Design guidance, and intuitive subconscious healing, I help clients uncover the root of their symptoms, reconnect to their energetic blueprint, and step into a more empowered, authentic version of themselves. It’s not a willpower-based program. It’s about alignment, safety, integration, and finally feeling like yourself again.
I also offer Human Design readings as a standalone service. A Human Design chart is deeply complex, and translating energy into everyday language is its own art form. That’s where I come in. My job is to take something intricate and make it meaningful, practical, and actionable. In each session, I help clients understand how to live in alignment, trust their intuition, navigate relationships, and show up as their most empowered selves. My approach is down-to-earth and story-driven. I love helping people connect the dots between who they truly are and how they naturally operate!
For subconscious healing, I use the ThetaHealing® technique, a gentle energy healing modality that uses deep meditation to connect with the Creator of All That Is (Source, God, Spirit, etc). Through this connection, we uncover and release limiting beliefs at their root, opening the way for deep healing and a closer relationship with your most authentic, loving self. It’s my favorite modality for transforming pain and suffering into greater awareness, confidence, and inner freedom. The results are often profound, including improved health, more peace, increased self-trust, and opportunities that feel far more aligned and abundant.
Across everything I do, my work centers on helping people remember who they are, release what’s not theirs, and live from a place of truth and alignment.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
One of the qualities that has greatly impacted my journey is my emotional openness, including my willingness to be messy, honest, and deeply human. When I stopped chasing perfection and allowed myself to be seen as I truly am, it created space for others to do the same. I’ve learned that the Universe is always working for us, even when life looks chaotic or uncomfortable. Many of my biggest mistakes became my greatest teachers, and sharing those experiences has given others permission to embrace their own growth.
Another quality that has shaped my path is my curiosity. I love diving into subjects that are intricate and confusing, and then finding the meaning within them. The deeper my awareness expands, the more open-hearted I become. I’m constantly studying (Human Design, energy work, health, philosophy) and everything I learn ends up enriching the work I offer my clients. Curiosity keeps me evolving!
A third skill that’s been essential has been my commitment to personal growth. I can’t guide others if I’m not willing to do the work myself. I have daily and weekly practices that shift every few months depending on what I need. Right now, I’m practicing presence through intentional breathwork and 30 minutes of meditation each day. I had to build up to it, but the impact has been profound. I’m more grounded, patient, and available for my clients, my family, and the rest of the world (including myself).
For anyone early on their journey, my biggest advice is to start by understanding your own energetic design. A Human Design reading can show you the qualities that come naturally to you, the ones that feel challenging, and the areas where you’re most likely to grow and expand. Awareness alone can change the way you move through your life and what choices you make. When you understand your design, you start becoming the most aligned version of you.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
That person has definitely been my Consciousness Coach and one of my ThetaHealing® instructors, Nicole Lakebrink. We’ve been working together consistently for almost five years, and she has played a huge role in helping me connect more deeply to my intuition and my true self.
Nicole has a way of guiding me through challenges without giving me the answers. Instead, she helps me uncover them within myself, which is way more empowering. She has taught me how to find the deeper meaning in difficult situations, how to listen to my inner guidance, and how to move through life with more awareness and compassion. Some of my most profound healing has come from our work together. I truly wouldn’t be as grounded, intuitive, or effective in my own work if it weren’t for her example and mentorship.
