Meet MiMi Klaproth

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful MiMi Klaproth a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi MiMi, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

My resilience comes from navigating seasons of challenge that taught me how to rise, rebuild, and keep moving with purpose. My work ethic is rooted in deep commitment to serve others with integrity and excellence, no matter what I’m facing. I show up faithfully every day and am fueled by my passion to help others transform their lives through intention, faith, and consistent action.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

As a life and leadership coach, I love creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to become the best version of themselves. I’m excited about deepening community connections and developing future programs and workshops that blend personal growth, faith, and practical leadership in fresh, accessible ways. It’s so important to me to live intentional and guide others to do so as well in their living and wholehearted leadership. I’m excited about the momentum ASPIRE Consulting Group is gaining and the future opportunities to bring even more transformative coaching experience, events, resources and collaborations to the people I serve. I’m energized by the future we’re building.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Three qualities/skills and areas of knowledge would certain be – emotional intelligence by understanding people deeply and reading the “unspoken” has shaped the way I support clients and build trust and guide meaningful transformation. Second is resilience and adaptability in learning to adjust, rebuild, and stay grounded during change. Lastly is my leadership and personal development expertise. From my years of studying human behavior, goal-setting, and intentional living while in corporate sales position throughout my career it has allowed me to equip clients with tools that create real, lasting growth.

Best advice I can give – The most powerful thing you can do is commit to consistency, small actions that align with who you want to become. Growth doesn’t happen overnight. You show up for yourself daily, stay curious, and be willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone, and you’ll be amazed at how quickly your life transforms.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

I am excited to further collaborate with professionals who bring complementary strengths such as other leadership trainers, HR/Organizational consultants, Systems and Strategy experts, business law experts, wellness practitioners understanding my same belief of self-care is healthcare for everyone but especially for entrepreneurs. These mentors would be people who share my heart for growth, community, and intentional living. These partners would enhance ASPIRE by offering specialized knowledge, diverse perspectives, and expanded services that allow us to support clients more holistically. Bringing in additional consultants strengthens ASPIRE’s impact by creating a multi-disciplinary team that can meet the clients professionally, emotionally and through personal development needs. Together, we can provide deeper workshops, richer coaching experiences, and a more robust suite of programs that help individuals and organizations flourish on every level.
