Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Dr. Shavonne with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
My work ethic is influenced by a combination of factors, including my personal values, upbringing, education, experiences, and intrinsic motivations. I am driven by a desire to make a difference, contribute to knowledge, and achieve goals.

She has over 15 years of experience in finance, operations, and organization development. Dr. Ekeledo’s experience, research and education gives her an impressive level of credibility, proving expertise in the field and a lifelong commitment to learning. She strives to take this experience and love of learning to assist organizations fulfill its strategic and tactical goals using an amplified knowledge, consulting, research, and leadership approach.

My ideal client are entrepreneurs who are just starting out. I am able to be a catalyst that helps them get their businesses off the ground. It is extremely rewarding.
