Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Abigail Davis of 30a

We recently had the chance to connect with Abigail Davis and have shared our conversation below.

Abigail , really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: Who are you learning from right now?
Recently I’ve been given a new position as a Director of Mentorship at our Real Estate Brokerage. This has been the most insightful experience, one that is truly stretching me to learn through them. Learn how to communicate with humility, look at information from a various perspective and expand with new ideas!

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Abigail Davis is a trusted force along Florida’s Emerald Coast, uniting more than a decade of experience with a sophisticated command of marketing and real estate. With an extensive background in both digital and traditional marketing—and a successful career in vacation rentals—she offers a rare dual perspective: one grounded in deep local expertise and refined strategic insight.

As a Broker Associate, Abigail holds multiple advanced designations, including Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX). A graduate of the prestigious NINJA Selling program, she pairs discipline and discernment with an unwavering dedication to results.

Specializing in 30A, Miramar Beach, Panama City Beach, and Panama City, Abigail’s approach is intentional and deeply client-centered. She blends market intelligence with creative marketing and polished negotiation—consistently setting a higher standard for success across the Florida Panhandle’s most coveted coastal markets.

At Corcoran Reverie, Abigail serves as Director of Mentorship and a key member of the New Development Team, where her refined marketing strategies and results-driven mindset elevate both client experiences and the company’s collective standard of excellence. Known for her professionalism, integrity, and relentless pursuit of perfection, she has become a trusted advisor for discerning buyers and sellers alike.

Outside of real estate, Abigail embraces the coastal lifestyle she represents, spending time on the white-sand beaches of the Emerald Coast with her husband and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Boone.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world reminded me there are bills to pay, work to get accomplished, and ladders to climb. My personality was unapologetically myself – there was confidence that exuded to the point of believing that ear muffs and sparkly suspenders were a staple for a fashion sense. It was walking around reminding people to remember my name because “one day I would be famous” and never apologizing for who I was.

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Fear.. and a bit of stubbornness nearly kept me from the life I’m living today. For most of my life I resisted stepping into the Real Estate Industry and opening my own business. Although it was so clearly in my blood with family in the industry and even tapping into the entrepreneurship vein by opening my own boutique marketing firm and launching my own day of wedding coordinator business – still I resisted. Fear of being too young in the industry, to not know even, have lived here long enough.. Or even be married long enough to ask my husband to trust me as I transition to 100% commission based income- but that leap. The trust, the faith – it’s lead me to one of the most incredible paths of my life. Now I’m not only continuing my real estate business, breaking goals, and servicing clients at the highest level – but I’m now able to give back by passing my knowledge on to mentees in our brokerage who may have been thinking the same thing and just needing that reminder that fear doesnt need to hold them back either.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
Truly admire our Broker/Owner, Hilary Farnum-Fasth, I’ve had the opportunity to watch her operate with such a force, while still leading with a servants heart, always being willing to take a chance one people, and truly give with no holding back. In an industry that some may call cut-throat, she has created a space for comradery, partnership, and the ability to truly cheer one another on with each step.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
We recently lost an associate to a long fought battle with breast cancer Lesly Simon. The entire battle she truly suffered well, and she did it in a way that honored her faith, clients, and friends/family. Lesly never quit – she led with a smile, hugged you with her soul, and saw you for exactly who you were. She lived life in a big beautiful way and gave so much back to everyone she touched.. i hope that people can mirror and ounce of what Lesly left us with – immense love, a sense of belonging, and a standard of leadership that we all can hope to achieve.
