We recently had the chance to connect with Erica Randle and have shared our conversation below.
Erica , so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Integrity is the most important to me.
Integrity is the foundation, because when your character is solid and your heart is aligned with what’s right, everything else can be built on top of that. With integrity, you create trust, you stay grounded, and you honor yourself, others, and most of All God.
Once integrity is in place, intelligence can be developed through learning, growth, and commitment. And when you’re operating in purpose, doing the work, and remaining resilient, the energy naturally flows because it’s fueled by authenticity and alignment.
So for me, integrity comes first—and from that place, intelligence expands and energy thrives.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Let me reintroduce myself.
My name is Erica Randle, REALTOR®, Qualifying Broker, CEO, and Co-Owner of Legacy Realty & Property Management Co., based in Montgomery, Alabama. I am a woman of faith, purpose, and resilience, and everything I do is rooted in service, excellence, and integrity.

With over 15 years of experience in Property Management and a passion for helping individuals and families find a place they can truly call home, I bring both expertise and heart into every transaction.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who taught you the most about work?
The person who taught me the most about work is my father, Ricardo F. Randle-CFO, Co- Owner of Legacy Realty & Property Management Co, a retired E9 Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Military. From a very young age—around 10 years old—he instilled in me the foundational values that still guide me today: work ethic, discipline, integrity, and excellence.
My dad taught me that your word is your bond, and if you say you’re going to do something, you stand on it and you get it done. He showed me the importance of doing things with precision, paying attention to detail, and giving your best effort—even when no one is watching.
He always reminded me to do the right thing, work hard, remain humble, and serve people. Those lessons shaped not only my career, but the way I lead, the way I show up for others, and the way I operate in business and in life.
And above all, I know that without God, I am nothing. Every opportunity, every accomplishment, and every step forward is because of His grace. My father laid the foundation, but God continues to order my steps.
His influence—and God’s guidance—are the pillars that shaped the work ethic I carry with me today.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell my younger self, “You are beautiful—inside and out. Never let the opinions of others define your worth or distract you from your purpose. You were created with intention, on purpose and for purpose. Keep God first, stay true to who you are, and know that every challenge you face will only shape you into the strong, resilient woman you’re destined to become. You’re going to make it.”
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
A cultural value I protect at all costs is integrity rooted in faith. For me, integrity is the standard—doing what’s right even when no one is watching, honoring your word, and showing up with excellence in everything you do. It’s the foundation of how I live, lead, and serve.
In my life, in my family, and in Legacy Realty & Property Management Co., integrity is non-negotiable. It creates trust, it builds strong relationships, and it keeps us aligned with God’s purpose for our lives. Without integrity, nothing else can stand.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people will say that I was a woman who truly walked in her God-given purpose — someone who led with integrity, compassion, and unwavering faith. I hope they say I loved people deeply, that I showed up for others, that I inspired them to believe bigger, and that I pushed them to see the greatness inside themselves.
I want the story of my life to reflect that I served well… that I built, encouraged, and inspired everywhere I went… that I made people feel seen, valued, and empowered. I pray they say that I lived boldly, trusted God wholeheartedly, and left behind a legacy that opened doors, lifted others higher, and made the world a little better because I was here.
That’s the story I hope my life tells.
