Michele Landers of Central & South Florida on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We recently had the chance to connect with Michele Landers and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Michele, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
Well, I think there are many things that people are fearful of sharing that they struggle with. If I had to list the top three I would say:
1. Wearing a Mask- ‘Imposter syndrome.” It’s interesting that even those that are considered successful to the outside world Inwardly have a fear of “when will they find out I’m not .who they think I am.” People often feel they must “perform” to fit in — at work, in relationships, or even spiritually. “If they knew the real me, would they still love me?”
2. Guilt or Regret
Many people find it difficult to let go of perceived mistakes from the past- — things they wish they had done differently, or people they wish they’d treated better.
3.Feeling “Not Enough” Along the same lines of the previous statements, even outwardly successful people often grapple with self-worth. “Am I good enough? Smart enough? Worthy enough?”
And the thread that runs through all of these statements is the lack of self esteem or self worth.
And there are more…

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Michele Landers — a Board-Certified Life Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Professional Numerologist dedicated to helping people uncover their deepest truths and highest potential. My work blends practical coaching tools with metaphysical knowledge to empower individuals to live with clarity, purpose, and joy.

What makes my approach unique is how I integrate numerology, subconscious reprogramming, and soulful life coaching into every session, workshop, and offering. Whether through personalized numerology readings, transformational programs like “Think & Grow Abundant” or “Truth Mapping,” or seasonal spiritual workshops like “Beyond the Illusion,” and my books, “the Tao of Numbers” and “The Year of Living Miraculously” my mission is to guide people from confusion to clarity — and from doubt to divine alignment.

Right now, I’m deeply focused on creating tools and experiences that help people decode the stories they’ve been living and rewrite them with intention, insight, and courage. My newest offerings center on perception vs. truth, intuitive awakening, and spiritual self-mastery through my workshop on January 24th 2026 “Truth Mapping.”

I believe that when we understand the hidden codes, the hidden mis-perceptions of our mind and our numbers, we unlock the power to create lasting change — from the inside out.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
That’s a great question and an important one in my life. I began my career in the medical field in administration for a Neurosurgeon and I was fascinated by how our brains function. That’s a small part of the story, but fast forward, my interest in the brain and then the subconscious led me down the rabbit hole to investigate many spiritual and psychological modalities and then a toe -dip into quantum physics. But the crux of this story is having an intimate lunch with a few scientists and Dr Edgar Mitchell – 6th man to walk on the moon. Certainly a man of science and a man who experienced an epiphany on his return voyage.. I asked him point blank, if things like mental telepathy, psychic readings and the power of our mind to co create our reality had any validity and could it be because of some connection to the quantum field.. and his answer was an unequivocal “Yes.’ That solidified for me the amazing power everyone has to co create an amazing, fulfilling life.

What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
Oh.. easy question… I grew up in a “looking good family”…on the outside. Inside was chaos. My mother was an alcoholic, except no one would acknowledge the obvious. So I ventured out into the world, fairly early with a very skewed idea of how the world worked and who I was. And then guess what? I married an alcoholic… How could this be? After some years of frustration, of studying to be an addictions counselor, a Life Coach, meeting Dr Edgar Mitchell and also a meeting with a famous numerologist, Kevin Quin Avery, I began to shift my idea of why we are, who we are and how much power we have to create a life we love. So my studies led me to better understand what lies beneath… our subconscious beliefs and our fears and how people tend to create over and over again the same patterns… and yet with a shift in perception, we could change our life 180 degrees and what we attract.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
Oh… that’s a beautiful question. I have a passion project that I keep revisiting..for over 10 years now. It’s the idea of a screen play that is a dramedy/fantasy about 3 characters and 3 angels who lives are intertwined with interesting and comedic consequences…all to inspire hope in what seems the most hopeless situations. But I need a good screen writer and producer!! LOL

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I would hope people will say she was a good mother, daughter, friend and coach. That she loved passionately; her family, friends and work. That she had integrity and …was a lot of fun!
