Meet Gabrielle Simone

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Gabrielle Simone. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Gabrielle below.

Gabrielle, thanks for taking the time to share your lessons with our community today. So, let’s jump right in – one of the most essential skills for unlocking our potential is self-discipline. Where does your self-discipline come from?

Honestly, it comes from a mix of how I was raised and who I’m becoming. Growing up, I learned early what it meant to be responsible, to show up, and to push through even when things felt overwhelming. Those lessons stuck with me. Today, they show up in the way I run Blossom and Bloom Interiors, such as staying committed to my clients to holding myself to a high standard in everything I design. My discipline comes from wanting to build something real, something lasting, something that represents my story and opens doors for others. It comes from knowing the life I’m creating for myself: designing beautiful spaces, expanding into events, traveling, helping young girls, and building a business that reflects my values. More than anything, my discipline comes from love, love for what I do, love for the people I serve, and love for the future I’m walking toward. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and even more excited for everything I’m building next.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I’d love to share more about my story and what I’m building.

I’m the founder of Blossom and Bloom Interiors, an interior e-design and event styling studio focused on creating luxury, functional, and deeply personal spaces. What excites me most about what I do is the power of transformation, where I take someone’s lifestyle, personality, and dreams and turn them into a space that feels intentional, elevated, and truly their own. I love the storytelling aspect of design: understanding how someone lives and then crafting an environment that supports their growth, their peace, and their confidence.

What makes Blossom and Bloom special is our emphasis on accessibility in luxury. I’m passionate about showing that beautiful interiors aren’t just for magazines or celebrities, yet everyone deserves a space that feels meaningful and thoughtfully curated. I also offer 3D renderings, allowing clients to visually step into their future design before making a purchase, which adds clarity, excitement, and trust to the process.

Alongside interiors, I’ve expanded into event design and small-scale event planning, creating atmospheres that are just as immersive and intentional as the spaces I design. I’m merging both worlds; interiors and events, because to me, it’s all about experience. Whether it’s a living room or a corporate holiday party, I want people to feel something when they walk in.

I’m also working toward creating community engagement events, staging more homes, and building out my rental inventory for clients who want elevated décor without high-end price tags. Looking ahead, I’m exploring opportunities to design internationally, enter the boutique hospitality space, and eventually open a venue and creative studio of my own.

At its core, Blossom and Bloom is more than a business; it’s the foundation of a much larger vision involving design, youth empowerment, global storytelling, and generational impact. I’m excited about what’s unfolding, and I’m grateful to be growing a brand that reflects who I am and the communities I care about.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, the three qualities that impacted my journey the most are creativity, discipline, and adaptability.

Creativity has been the driving force behind everything I do. It allows me to envision possibilities, design meaningful spaces, and bring fresh ideas into both interiors and events. For those early in their journey, I recommend exploring inspiration constantly, like visiting new places, studying different styles, and practicing creating even when no one is watching. Creativity expands through exposure and experimentation.

Discipline has kept me grounded. Building a business requires consistency, follow-through, and the ability to work toward long-term goals even when motivation isn’t high. The best way to develop discipline is to start small: set realistic routines, honor your deadlines, and hold yourself accountable. Over time, those small habits become your foundation.

Adaptability has been essential as my brand has grown and shifted. The design industry, client needs, and creative trends evolve quickly. Being willing to pivot, learn new skills, or try new approaches has allowed me to stay innovative and open to new opportunities. My advice is to stay flexible, don’t box yourself into one idea of what your journey should look like. Sometimes the unexpected direction is the one that changes everything.

For anyone just getting started, focus on building these three qualities. They will support you through every stage of growth and help you step confidently into the path you’re meant to build.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?

My ideal client is someone who values storytelling, intimacy, and intentionality in their space. They’re not just looking for décor, they want a design that reflects their personality, their lifestyle, and the moments that matter most to them. The perfect client for me is open, collaborative, and willing to share pieces of their life so I can translate that into a space that feels deeply personal and elevated. They appreciate quality, trust the creative process, and are excited about creating an environment that supports who they are becoming. Ultimately, my ideal client understands that great design is not just about how a space looks, but how it feels and they want that feeling to tell a story.
