Good morning Marcus , it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Sometimes you have to just stay home and rest all day

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who taught you the most about work?
I’ve learned about work from my fathers consistent work ethic /drive

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
I almost gave up on my business when I wasn’t getting the results I wanted but I had to take a step back and realize why I started in the first place which was my passion of creating content that people can relate to

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Growth ..in all aspects of my life and the truth even if it’s hurtful

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I’d want people to say that I lived with purpose — that I built something real, something that inspired others to believe in themselves
