Greg, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife, Shannon and kids. That includes watching my oldest son Jackson perform in the high school band, and my youngest son Kyle playing basketball.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am simply a God fearing man that loves his family, friends, and and church. I work to provide for my family, but I am a musician because I love every second that I can perform for people. In 2023, we received the award for the CCMA “Male Artist” and “Entertainer of the Year ” at the House of Blue in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our community really rallied behind us and shows us so much love. I have never one time called anyone a “fan”, but instead., a new friend. I am always thankful to meet new friends at my shows, talk to them, take pictures with them, and find out what their story. We have always tried to use our platform, along with my buddy, Scott Wentzky to raise funds for organizations like The 24 Foundation (for cancer patients and survivors) ,and Lowvello (to help find a cure for cancer) at MUSC Hollings Cancer Center in Charleston, SC.

We recently renewed our sponsorship with Coors Light, Comer Distibuting Company, and VL Poured Walls (David Schueller)! We are also working to release sixth studio single. The new single will be released with Hwy One Records to country radio and all streaming platforms in the coming weeks.

My band family consists of Max Watson, Chris Parris,Trent Hull, Jimmy Zeoli, Sean Mettler.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
There are many occurances that have reshaped how I view the world.

One of which is when we were at one of my solo acoustic shows in Charlotte, NC.. While playing the show, my buddy Scott placed a 24 Foundation board in front of the stage with a sharpie. I stopped my show briefly and asked the audience how many of them have family or friends that are affected by or undergoing treatments for cancer. The line started to form to write their loved one’s name on this board. That board was prayed over and those names on that board were turned in to the 24 Foundation. The outpouring of support and compassion really showed through when they took time to come up and write that name on the board.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would definitely go back and tell the shy, scared to stand out teenager to take a chance. I was asked several times in my high school choral group to step up and sing a solo, to which I always declined out of fear. I have since then gone on to play at one of the country’s largest festivals three times and opened shows for several national artists. So the main advice that I would have given my younger self, is to take a chance and believe in yourself. I want that to be my message to all of the younger generation.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends know that what really matters to me are my faith, family, friends, my country, and helping someone.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
When I am gone from this world, I want people to know that I cared, and I loved Jesus, my family and my friends! At the end of the day, that is all that mattered.
