Aureo Luis, thank you so much for joining us and offering your lessons and wisdom for our readers. One of the things we most admire about you is your generosity and so we’d love if you could talk to us about where you think your generosity comes from.

My generosity comes from of my friends do way that they treat me ,so always they help me and I do the same with others been generous too.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I am an artist was born in Brazil city Porto Alegre. In one family not traditional. I always had a dream to be one artist so fist I started like a ballet dancar in my city so I danced for 25 years. Later in 2011 I had the opportunity to go to USA I lived there for 12 years and was in USA I started my career as dragqueen. Like a performer I could explore my abilities of dancer and my talents in make up. . My personage style is classic and my name artistic is Mirele. So when I am at stage my dreams is come true this is that moment that I can shine like a true star. After 12 years living in USA I decided to move to Paris Frace where I am living right now. Here I continue doing my show and working like hairstyle. In Paris I had a opportunity to participate of a film that tells my history as a immigrant for me was a extraordinary experience have my life history in a movie. It give me a opportunity to participate in some movies festival like Cannes festival in France, so I am very thanksful a Aline Andrade director and the filmmakers Felipe Galvao . So I am very happy for all of this experience that I have had in my life I feel that I am blessed . In my 57 years old I continuing following my dreams and creating new projects. Today I am working in my channel of interview at youtu.be where i use my persoge Mirele to receive my guests and have a good conversation with them . So this is a resume of my journey. And I am so happy to share with people. Thank you.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

My life was not easy to me, I always have to learn how to survive. So I develop skills. Fist believe that you are strong enough to get everything that you want, don’t lessen negative comments about you and don’t be scared of the challenge. Just keep going. And you will see your journey will not be easy but will be great in the end.
