We’re looking forward to introducing you to Patricia Tate. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Patricia , thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What’s the most surprising thing you’ve learned about your customers?
The most surprising thing I’ve learned about my customers is how deeply they already sense their own truth. My work isn’t about giving them something they don’t have—it’s about illuminating what they’ve been quietly carrying within themselves. Whether I’m reading a birth chart, sharing a forecast, or creating a guidebook, people often tell me, ‘I’ve felt this for so long… you just put words to it.’ That moment of recognition happens again and again, and it still moves me every time.
What I’ve discovered is that my community is incredibly intuitive, emotionally insightful, and spiritually aware. They don’t come to me for predictions—they come for clarity, validation, and a deeper understanding of the patterns they’re already living. Realizing this has shaped everything I create, from my YouTube content to my Patreon teachings.
It has taught me that people aren’t looking to be told who they are—they’re looking for support in remembering who they’ve always been.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Patricia Tate, and I’m the astrologer and creator behind Willow Grace Astrology. My work blends modern, Western, evolutionary, and traditional astrology to help people understand their soul’s intention and navigate life with clarity and purpose. What began as a personal passion has grown into a YouTube community of over 54,000 subscribers, a thriving Patreon membership, and a brand dedicated to teaching astrology in a way that feels relatable, emotionally supportive, and spiritually grounded.
My brand is built on the belief that astrology is an ‘owner’s manual’ for the soul. I translate complex cycles into accessible guidance—whether through my monthly forecasts, monthly guides, workshops, or year-ahead forecasts What makes my work unique is the combination of precision, compassion, and practical application. I don’t just talk about the planets—I help people understand how to work with the energy so they can grow, heal, and feel aligned with their life path.
Right now, I’m expanding both my educational offerings and my digital products, including detailed forecast guides, moon-based manifesting tools, and advanced astrology presentations for conferences. My goal is to continue building a supportive community where people feel seen, grounded, and empowered—one where astrology becomes a tool for emotional insight, soul growth, and everyday navigation.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
In my experience, what breaks the bonds between people is often unspoken pain. It’s the moments where we stop feeling seen, heard, or valued—when assumptions, unmet expectations, or old wounds begin to speak louder than our actual words. Distance rarely forms from one big event; it usually comes from the slow erosion of understanding. When people move into survival mode emotionally, it becomes easier to disconnect than to attempt repair.
What restores those bonds is presence—genuine, intentional presence. When someone is willing to listen without defending, to speak honestly without attacking, and to take responsibility for their part in the dynamic, healing becomes possible. Empathy restores what ego breaks. And forgiveness—real forgiveness, the kind that asks us to soften our story of the past—creates the space for connection to rebuild.
Astrologically, I see this mirrored in the cycles I work with every day. We move through periods of tension, separation, reflection, and reconnection. The universe teaches us that relationships breathe: they expand, contract, and evolve. Bonds are restored when both people are willing to meet each other with clarity, compassion, and a willingness to grow.
Ultimately, relationships are strengthened not by perfection, but by the courage to return to one another with an open heart.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear that has held me back the most is the fear of being judged—especially when it comes to public speaking and putting my work out into the world. Even now, after years of creating content and building a community, I’m still working through it. Sharing astrology isn’t just sharing information; it’s sharing my interpretations, my intuitive perspective, and a part of my heart. That level of visibility can feel intimidating.
When I first started creating videos, I worried about everything—how I sounded, how I looked, whether I said things clearly enough, whether people would misunderstand me, or worse, dismiss me. And even today, when I prepare to speak publicly or release new content, that old fear can still show up. It’s a reminder that growth doesn’t always erase fear; sometimes it teaches you how to move with it.
What has helped me is focusing on the people who find comfort, clarity, or direction in what I share. Every message from someone who felt supported reminds me why I started. And with each video, each presentation, each moment of stepping forward even when I feel unsure, I reclaim a little more confidence.
I’m not fearless—but I am committed. And I’ve learned that you don’t have to overcome a fear completely to live your purpose. You just have to keep showing up, even if your voice shakes.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that connection is what matters most to me. I work very hard to stay close to the people in my life, especially because I travel for six months out of the year. Whether it’s through phone calls, Zoom, or checking in regularly, maintaining those relationships is something I prioritize deeply.
They would also say that authenticity matters to me—showing up honestly, speaking openly, and being willing to have real conversations about what’s happening beneath the surface. I care about emotional honesty and personal growth, both in myself and the people I love.
And they know that purpose is important to me. I’m always listening for meaning, paying attention to patterns, and seeking to understand the deeper story within every experience. My friends tease that I ‘speak in transits,’ but they also know it comes from a desire to help people feel seen and supported.
Ultimately, my friends would say that I value relationships where people feel safe, understood, and connected. Whether I’m home or on the road, nurturing those bonds is one of the most important parts of my life.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: Have you ever gotten what you wanted, and found it did not satisfy you?
Absolutely—I’ve had moments in my life where I worked hard for something, finally achieved it, and then realized it didn’t satisfy me in the way I expected. Those experiences were humbling, and they taught me a lot about intention. It made me very cautious about what I choose to work toward or manifest, because not everything we desire is aligned with who we are becoming.
What I discovered is that sometimes we chase goals that are rooted in old versions of ourselves—old expectations, old conditioning, or someone else’s idea of success. When you finally reach that milestone and it feels empty, it becomes a powerful wake-up call. It forces you to check in with your soul and ask: Is this truly mine? Or was I trying to fulfill a story that no longer fits me?
Those moments have shaped my work and the way I guide others. Now, when I set intentions, I focus less on ‘what’ I want and more on why I want it. I’ve learned to manifest from alignment, not pressure or comparison. And when something doesn’t bring the fulfillment I imagined, instead of seeing it as failure, I see it as redirection—an invitation to recalibrate and choose with more clarity.
In that sense, unmet satisfaction has been one of my greatest teachers. It refined my purpose, strengthened my intuition, and taught me that true fulfillment comes from alignment, not achievement alone.
