Meet Pasqualé Domain

We recently connected with Pasqualé Domain and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Pasqualé , so excited to talk about all sorts of important topics with you today. The first one we want to jump into is about being the only one in the room – for some that’s being the only person of color or the only non-native English speaker or the only non-MBA, etc Can you talk to us about how you have managed to be successful even when you were the only one in the room that looked like you?
Being the only one in the room having my likeness makes me feel that I am at an advantage. The last thing I’d ever want in any setting would be to “fit in”, especially in my creative journey. I was able to branch from the mindset attached to belonging once I developed a passion for abstract creation, that could only be brought about through my own perspectives, interpretations, and overall enjoyment.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
Since moving to Atlanta approximately 3 years ago I’ve branched further into my acting experiences. Through certain bookings that I have been blessed enough to obtain I have been propelled to work with directors like Tyler Perry and Megan Good, and work around action movie stars such as Mark Wahlberg. Along with my thespian work modeling has progressed tremendously, I have worked with many new photographers from across the states., some whom I’ve visited and collages with in NYC. Musically I am working to complete a few more singles before a project is fully worked on.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
When it comes to top qualities I have to admire the effects of perseverance, ambition, and resilience. These three tie in as one for a recipe for success in my book. Personally I believe the best way to master these traits is through consistency, and self-admiration to a level where you don’t idolize any outside source, but instead are fueled by the intrapersonal manifestation of oneself on how you want your life to turn out.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
I am always looking to expand creation with other creatively driven folks. I would love to get more into branding as far as for clothing lines, accessories, or shoes. I’m not a hat person, but I can make anything look appealing. I’d love to get deeper into more acting roles that are more lead role based. As for music I’d love to work with a talented singer, or talented rapper with a message. I can always be reached via email which is located in my instagram bio www.instagram.com/sir.squale
