Story & Lesson Highlights with Kyle Zagrodzky

Kyle Zagrodzky shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Kyle , really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Easy one: Integrity first, energy second, intelligence last.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Kyle Zagrodzky, the founder and CEO of OsteoStrong, the world’s largest biohacking franchise focused on skeletal strength conditioning. I started the company back in 2012, long before “biohacking” was a recognized industry and before most people understood that bone strength, not muscle, is the real performance limiter in the human body. What began as a long-shot idea built around prototype technology has now grown into a global network helping people dramatically improve bone density, balance, strength, and overall longevity.

Our approach is unique: we use patented osteogenic-loading devices that trigger the central nervous system to build stronger bone and connective tissue in ways traditional exercise simply can’t. Members spend about 10 minutes a week with no sweating, no soreness, and track measurable gains. It’s incredibly rewarding to see people reverse fragility, avoid fractures, and get their lives back.

I’m fortunate to have world-class collaborators: researchers, physicians, athletes, and high-profile supporters like Tony Robbins, who became an investor and advocate after experiencing the benefits firsthand.

Right now, I’m focused on scaling OsteoStrong globally, expanding into new countries and opening hundreds of additional centers in North America. I’m also working closely with researchers publishing data on bone strength, metabolic function, and aging so the wider health community understands just how foundational skeletal strength is to quality of life and longevity.

In short, my mission is simple: to help people stay strong enough to live the lives they want for as long as they live.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
I was attending a Tony Robbons event in 2016 and while many things Tony has taught me have utterly changed my worldview, one kernel of wisdom really impacted me then and continues to this day: Nothing has any meaning except the meaning we assign to it, and we assign meaning to everything. We simply need to assign the most empowering meaning.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Fear is your compass. If it scares you, you must do it. On the other side of fear is either love or nothing.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. How do you differentiate between fads and real foundational shifts?
Almost everything is a fad until it changes any or all of these at scale: Identities or behaviors.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I stopped caring about what people thought about me or would say about me now or in the future many years ago. Rather, I live my life be a set of key principles that I feel have and will continue to impact many lives in a positive way long after I am gone. How people choose to share my impact is not something that concerns me.
