An Inspired Chat with Quince Dais of Conway

We recently had the chance to connect with Quince Dais and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Quince, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day in the life of Quince is nonstop moving! I wake up and the grind starts then. Once me and my girlfriend get our school stuff done we are on the go! We don’t rest until we feel accomplished with today! Everyday is a day to get better and i’ll never play with that opportunity.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Quince Dais. I own a clothing brand named “MoneyRu$h”. What makes my brand unique and special is that all my products have motivation behind it. I also like to get people involved in my brand. However you want the definition of what Moneyru$h to mean is up to you. Only thing I want to make clear is this is not a brand for negativity or anything like that. Most people hear money rush and think that this brand is just about money when it’s really not! It’s about getting to where you want to be in life and that is up to you where you want to be in life. Never put the money first but make sure God is. Right now i’m currently working on some jackets that i’ll be releasing soon. It will be limited stock so once there gone they won’t be back for a while.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My parents 100%. Ever since I was a kid they knew I was going to be in the business field because I loved money. They might’ve not known fully what I was going to be doing with my life but they knew that I was going to make a name for myself and go far in life. Then once I got my first job and then I started working two jobs at once working 7am until 11pm everyday. They knew I wasn’t going to be the average child. Im glad they seen it in me and now I’m trying my best to give back to them so they won’t ever have to punch a clock again because they believed in me before anybody knew who I was!

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
Once I realized that nobody has your back like yourself! I also realized as I got older I needed to be a better man. The positions I put myself in, I realized it was nobody’s fault but mines and I turned all my pain into motivation. Till this day I’m thankful for all the pain I went through and all the obstacles. It builds character.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I want my family and my girlfriend to be set for life with. I hate seeing them have to get up and go to work and deal with ungrateful, rude and just evil spirited people. I will work hard everyday just to make sure I can achieve that goal. I know I’m going in the right direction to do so and I just have to be committed. I don’t mind working, I just don’t want them to have to work.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I listen to music. I listen to music all day everyday and I listen to all genres. Music is my escape and it keeps me calm.
