Fallon, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?
I would hire me as soon as possible! I believe in charging for results, not time and modalities. I encourage my community, especially prospective buyers, to listen to their intuition before hiring anyone or buying anything. I know the right people are an easy “YES” for my work. I myself, want to experience the fastest transformation possible without having to know the “how” and focusing on just one problem. I’ve always dreamed of a one-stop shop where I can improve my health, relationships, business, finances, and live my soul purpose. My programs are designed to help people do just that at a fraction of the cost of other high-ticket coaches. I invest in my clients just like they invest in me, knowing that we are co-creating wealth together.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Fallon—teacher, healer, and mentor—and I don’t fit neatly into any industry box. I work at the intersection of brain health, energy healing, spiritual business, and truth-telling, helping people heal what hasn’t responded to conventional approaches. I’ve spent years studying neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and multidimensional healing— because my own life demanded real answers so I can live my mission as a New Earth Wayshower.
What makes my work unique is that I serve as a one-stop shop for individuals seeking healing and restoration in every area of their lives. Health, relationships, home, finances, purpose, and spirituality. I even support my clients’ pets! When I work with clients, my time and energy are all about them for 2+ months.
I don’t “sell” quick fixes. I don’t outsource authority. I don’t dilute truth to be palatable. I work in real time, in real bodies, with real results. I help people resolve complex health issues, relational patterns, and burnout by addressing the root causes most systems overlook. Most of my clients have seen 15+ practitioners and therapists before finding me, almost giving up hope.
Right now, I’m focused on restoring discernment—teaching people the difference between education and healing, between consumption and transformation. My work is for those who are done outsourcing their power and ready to experience what’s actually possible when truth leads. By teaching my clients how to heal their own bodies, minds, and souls, they can ensure their intuition and heart lead their lives, not their ego and monkey minds.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
I have had several friends and colleagues over the years tell me I was meant for great things. Being a CEO, running several companies, and providing miraculous healing for people all over the world. It took me years of hearing this to believe it and start reorganizing my life and thoughts in a way that aligned with this version of me. Now, I get to do just this! I love working with clients who are in a similar place now – they know they are meant to make a major impact, but they need help with the “how.” My one-stop shop mentorship is like having the best health coach, professional organizer, personal cheerleader, marriage therapist, soul purpose coach, and angel investor all wrapped into one package.
What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
I have survived and thrived from childhood sexual abuse, multiple rapes, homelessness, job loss, betrayal, and addiction. I found healing throughout many modalities over time. Now, I get to help others heal much faster by combining all the best, safest tools for getting trauma out of the body. Instead of it taking years or decades, I help my clients heal from unspeakable hurts in days. This is what my Miracle Mentorship is all about!
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
Haha yes! I believe authenticity IS integrity. I’ve always had this weird paranoia where I felt watched all my life. After my spiritual awakening and opening my business in 2021, I decided to use this as my biggest motivator. I live my life in a way that at any time, anywhere, I could meet a potential client or colleague. I show up just like I would on camera, on a podcast, or on stage. I don’t gatekeep. I believe when we hire coaches, we are hiring THEM and their whole lifestyle. Not just what they show the world. I personally don’t work with people unless I know A LOT about them, and it feels 100% authentic when I tune into their energy. This is why I’m so passionate about my clients mastering energetic discernment for themselves-so they never get ripped off!
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What are you doing today that won’t pay off for 7–10 years?
I have incredible courses that teach people step-by-step how to heal from ADHD, depression, anxiety, dementia, autism, autoimmune issues, PTSD, and more naturally. The world is SO programmed for people needing pills to heal so my holistic healing course sales are not where I want them. In 7-10 years, I know that these courses will be household names that changed millions of lives. I can’t wait for more people to wake up and take control of their health! And the healing? It gets to be FAST and easy. No pills, no surgeries, no drama.
