Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Big Business. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Big, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
I found that most people don’t tell you the truth when you are a child because they don’t want to hurt your feelings and want to be kind. When people become adults the tide turns and people became in some cases, overly pessimistic. I had to find a standard that I choose and learn to be okay with that. People generally will want more of something when they consider it good but you have to be fine with saying no sometimes and caring less about other people’s opinions.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Patience is needed to complete a mission. Most people don’t have enough of it to stay focused on being patient. If you are driving from one location to another place, it can be a long trip. You will need rest stops. You will need focus. You will need more gas. Your will need to be able to focus on the end goal without driving too far off the path and that means that whether you want to or not, you must pause or stop sometimes to not go too far off track. The truth is that you may even need to change vehicles and that means changing your mindset.
Guard your ideas if your beginning your journey in a new field. Seek out experts in your field of interest and build quietly. Most people will not see your vision as clear as you in the beginning and that is not a bad thing. Keep going.
Allow time for development. Deadlines add pressure to a project. People are not always honest about their limitations. People overestimate or underestimate timelines based on factors that may not fully understand. This can be done consciously or unconsciously.
How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?
Funding is always an issue to expand your brand. Your budget will effect how many people you can reach. We are doing great things but we want to do more. E-mail clearvisionmanagement2020@gmail.com if you like what we are doing and want to help.
