Adriana Bitonti’s Stories, Lessons & Insights

Adriana Bitonti shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Good morning Adriana , we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
The last few months have been insane in the best way. I’ve laughed more than I have in a long time! I’ve been surrounded by truly amazing people, met so many new faces, and finally made my businesses about me instead of what I thought the internet wanted to see.

I’ve been focusing on myself and building my business in a way that feels authentic, and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. I’ve even started a few new ventures with my best friend, and honestly… life just feels really cool right now.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Adriana and you may know me from your local markets as a market host for Desert Creative Market with the ladies of Desert Embers and The Creative Funhouse with Ashley with Dirty Darlin’. Beyond that, I’m also Arizona’s mobile perfume bar currently serving the East Valley, expanding into the West Valley and even heading out of state in 2026!

I offer a DIY perfume bar experience and host multi vendor markets right here in Gilbert creating spaces that celebrate creativity, connection, and community. Everything I do is deeply rooted in honor of my mother who passed from breast cancer in 2017. Because of her, my business is built on giving back, supporting cancer research and helping families as they navigate their own cancer journeys.

I’ve poured myself into this business, sharing not just what I create, but why I create it including my mother’s story. And with so much coming in 2026, I’m beyond excited for what’s ahead!

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
My relationship with my son who’s about to turn five! He has changed my life in more ways than I can count. He’s pushed me to be better, not just for myself, but for him.

All I want is to show him that the world is his. That he can be successful. That he can do whatever he sets his mind to. That he can build meaningful relationships and even an empire through hard work, motivation, and consistency.

It doesn’t come easy, but if you keep your eye on the prize, it’s always worth it. He’s shaped me into the best version of myself, and for that, I’m forever grateful for him.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
I’d say it was my first year of market hosting. I’ll be honest, some people can really try to bring you down. I’ve always been strong headed, but there was a point where I let what people said get to me and I let my failures make me forget what I knew I was capable of.

I finally had to sit back and remind myself of two things: I can’t please everybody and not everyone is going to love me and that’s okay. What matters is that I stay true to myself and true to my businesses. That authenticity always shows to the people who matter most.

My priority has always been community, bringing people together and creating safe spaces, whether that’s at one of my markets, a private event, or even something as simple as grabbing coffee with someone. I push for everyone to succeed. Community over competition… always!

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Whose ideas do you rely on most that aren’t your own?
One name instantly comes to mind and that’s my best friend and business partner, Ashley of Dirty Darlin’. We host The Creative Funhouse together and I truly believe she’s my twin flame. We’re constantly bouncing ideas off each other and whenever I’m stuck, she’s right there telling me if something looks right, sounds right, or if I need to scrap it altogether.

She’s my most honest critic, my biggest supporter, and quite literally the other half of my brain. A lot of my recent success is with her by my side and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I wholeheartedly believe I’m exactly where I’m meant to be in my businesses and I know I’ll continue to grow. I spent many years in the medical field, and while I loved it, I always knew it wasn’t my forever. I knew deep down that I was meant to be a business owner; I just needed time to find what truly stuck and what genuinely made me happy.

I couldn’t imagine doing anything else right now. Through this journey, I’ve met some of my best friends and people I now consider family, and every single moment, every risk, every lesson has been worth it because of them.
