Hi Bronson, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
As a car enthusiast, I love everything related to cars, especially design. And collecting Hotwheels has become one of my hobbies in the past few years.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am the Brand Creative Officer of an agile and scalable creative agency working with brands to influence growth through the creation of a clear, concise, and compelling brand identity. With 25+ years of experience partnering with lower middle-market private equity firms and working closely with founders/CEOs and marketing leadership, we have gained invaluable experiences in transforming brands in a variety of B2B industries including construction, energy, industrial, manufacturing, and management consulting sectors.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
I wouldn’t say there is a “moment” per se but it is my faith in God that has shaped me for decades in terms of how I see the world and people and continue to become who He has called me to be.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
That it is okay to fail and not to be perfect. The most important thing is to do the right thing, be yourself, and not compared yourself with others (both doing better and worse than you).
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My faith, cars, and family.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I believe so. As a child, I have always enjoyed creativity. Whether it is drawing, making origamis, or building model kits, those are the activities that brought me joy. As an adult and professional, I have taken my love for creativity in brand design working with a variety of companies in building their brand.
