Charlotte Howard Collins shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Charlotte, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
I think one of the biggest things people secretly struggle with—but rarely say out loud—is the weight of comparison and silent pressure. On the outside, many look like they have it all together: the business, the brand, the lifestyle. But behind closed doors, they’re battling doubt, financial strain, or the fear that they’re not moving fast enough.
Most won’t admit they feel stretched thin trying to keep up with a version of success that’s not even their own. They don’t say it because vulnerability feels like weakness in a world obsessed with highlight reels. But the truth is, even high-achievers carry the quiet burden of wondering, “Am I really enough?”
That’s why I believe in building spaces where women can be radically honest—not just about their wins, but about the struggles that shape them. Because when you stop pretending and start aligning with your own path, you create wealth and legacy on your terms—not anyone else’s timeline.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Charlotte Howard Collins, also known as Charlotte the Amplifier™ — a wife, mom of four, and Wealth Architect for Women. As the founder of Wealthy Women University™, I help women fix their credit, fund their vision, and transform their story into a scalable Vault™ or business that creates legacy-level wealth.
Through my publishing houses and Wealthy Women University, I’ve guided thousands of women to turn their books, expertise, and ideas into global brands. My work is unique because I don’t just teach women how to publish — I show them how to build empires with automation, licensing, and evergreen systems. At my core, I believe this: your story is a bank, and when you publish it the right way, it pays you forever.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world told me who I had to be, I was a curious, creative girl with big dreams and no limits. I was writing stories, styling hair, and imagining worlds far bigger than the one I saw around me. I wasn’t defined by titles, expectations, or society’s timelines — I was defined by possibility.
Life, culture, and circumstances tried to box me in — wife, mom, worker, caretaker — as if that was all I could ever be. But at my core, I was always a visionary, a leader, and a builder. The little girl who dreamed of more never went away; she just grew up and decided to design her own rules.
That’s who I still am today — only now I have the courage, wisdom, and authority to turn those early sparks into empires that empower other women to reclaim who they were before the world told them to shrink.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes — absolutely. Before I became a wife four years ago, there were seasons when I was a young mom of four, working long hours in a hair salon, and wondering if my vision was too big for me. I remember sitting in my car, exhausted, asking myself if it would be easier to just settle and stop chasing this dream of building something bigger.
But every time I reached that breaking point, I reminded myself why I started — my children, my faith, the women who needed to see it was possible, and now, my husband who believes in building this legacy with me. I realized giving up wasn’t really an option; it would only mean trading my purpose for someone else’s plan.
Those moments became fuel. Instead of quitting, I chose to build. And that’s how I went from almost giving up… to creating an empire that now gives other women permission to keep going.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes — the public version of me is the real me, but it’s the amplified version. What you see — a wife, mom of four, Wealth Architect, and empire builder — is true, but it’s the side of me that’s been sharpened by faith, resilience, and purpose.
Behind the scenes, I’m also a woman who has faced doubt, exhaustion, and the weight of starting over more times than I can count. I don’t hide those parts — they’re what make the bold version possible.
So the truth is, both are me. The public me is unapologetically louder, bolder, and more intentional, because I know women are watching and deciding what’s possible for their own lives. And the private me is the quiet reminder that legacy is built not just in the spotlight, but in the unseen moments of grace and grit.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
If I knew I had 10 years left, I would immediately stop doing anything that dims my light or distracts me from my mission. I would stop saying “yes” to obligations that don’t serve my purpose, stop carrying guilt for choosing myself, and stop shrinking to make others comfortable.
Instead, I’d double down on what matters most — my faith, my husband, my children, and the empire I’m building for women around the world. Because at the end of the day, legacy isn’t built from doing more, it’s built from doing the right things with fierce focus and intention.
