We recently had the chance to connect with Heather Bradbury and have shared our conversation below.
Good morning Heather , it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
I’m most proud of the foundation no one sees , the long nights, the planning, the rebuilding, and the self-investment. People see the content, the glam, the results… but they don’t see the grind, the growth, or the moments I had to push through alone. That private work is what holds my whole brand together.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Heather, and I’m a Las Vegas-based professional makeup artist, lifestyle content creator, and the founder of Eleven Twenty Two, my beauty and jewelry brand. I’ve spent over a decade creating content and glamming clients from athletes to artists, and I’ve built a multi-layered brand rooted in confidence, luxury, and feminine empowerment. I also run a growing Airbb business and a creative agency concept called Studio Eleven Twenty Two. Everything I create whether it’s beauty, lifestyle, or travel – is designed to inspire women to feel soft, powerful, and fully themselves.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that needs to be released is the version that doubted herself and played small. She kept things safe and familiar, but she can’t build the kind of empire I’m working toward. I’m letting go of old limitations so l can step fully into alignment, clarity, and expansion.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Resilience, self-awareness boundaries and what I truly deserve. Success celebrates you, but suffering shapes you. It forces you to grow, to face yourself, and to build strength that can’t be faked. These lessons are the foundation of everything I’m becoming.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
Integrity! In my work, and in my life, I refuse to compromise who I am for attention, opportunities, or trends. Authenticity is the foundation of my brain, my relationships, and everything I build.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you laid down your name, role, and possessions—what would remain?
What would remain would be my intention, my heart and my character. The way I love people, the way I show up, the way I make others feel. Titles fade things come and go who you are in your core is what truly remains.
