An Inspired Chat with Kandiee Campbell

Kandiee Campbell shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Hi Kandiee, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
My family, and my children and grandkids

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
In July 2023, I embarked on the “Awaken Hope”
show, sharing tools and strategies derived not just
from textbooks but from my personal
experiences. I draw on practical, hard-earned
lessons, referencing my own journey through
grief, including the loss of my daughter, father,
mother, and beloved pets within a short span.
When I share strategies, it’s not just a lesson; it’s a
connection to real, lived experiences.
The heart of the show lies in providing listeners
with tangible tools and strategies that they can
apply in their own lives. It’s not about offering a
quick fix; it’s about fostering a sense of hope and
resilience, as demonstrated by the listener who
found hope in a challenging time.
I am always looking to host new guests on the
show. I think it’s so important for others to share
their stories; It gives a different perspective for
others to resonate with. If you have any upcoming
projects, such as a new book, speaking
engagement, or products and services, I am here
to support you.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
I was taught that I was too loud or too much. I was made to fit into my family’s box of who i was meant to be. I know now that I am safe and I allowed to be me in this world.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
There was a period of five years where I had lost, my little girl, my father and my mother. I wanted to leave this world, and I was crying out to be allowed to go. I heard a voice that said no you have more things to do in this world. I got mad, but i kept going.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
To impact the world with my globally syndicated radio show. One person at a time.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
I would focus on spending time with my family. Life is too short to allow grievances to keep you away from your loved ones. You can only work on you, but if you begin to change the outside world will follow.
