An Inspired Chat with Lineka Michelle of Georgia

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Lineka Michelle . Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Lineka , it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
What I’m most proud of building that nobody really sees is my resilience. The part of me that kept creating when life was heavy, when things weren’t adding up, and when I had every reason to quit.
People see the photos, the coaching, the events, but they don’t see the prayers whispered in hotel rooms, or the nights I stayed up rebuilding my business from the ground up. That strength and faith I’ve built in private is the foundation for everything you see in public.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Lineka Michelle, a visual storyteller, certified coach, and founder of Michelle Lineka Co. where faith, photography, and personal development collide.
I help women see themselves clearly, not just in their brand, but in their becoming.

My journey hasn’t been perfect it’s been purpose-filled.
From being a single mom rebuilding from the ground up, to becoming a branding photographer and coach who empowers women to walk in their confidence and clarity, I’ve learned how to turn pain into power and stories into strategy.

Through my brand and coaching experiences, like The Becoming Blueprint™ and The Becoming Collective™, I guide women in aligning their faith, purpose, and brand identity because success means nothing if your soul isn’t at peace.

What makes my work unique is that I don’t just capture women I help them confront the parts of themselves they’ve hidden from the world, and remind them that they are still worthy, still called, and still becoming.

Right now, I’m expanding my See Her Now movement a devotional, coaching community, and upcoming conference that focuses on helping women live with clarity, confidence, and courage.

If you’ve ever felt unseen or unsure, I’m living proof that God can take the unseen seasons and turn them into your spotlight.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
I used to believe that my voice didn’t matter that I was meant to stay in the background, support others, and keep quiet.
Now I know my voice is my power.
Every time I tell my story, another woman finds the courage to tell hers.
I don’t dim my light anymore I use it to help others see themselves.

What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
The deepest wounds in my life came from abandonment and betrayal moments that made me question my worth and my calling.
But those same experiences became the soil of my healing.
I’ve learned to sit with my pain, talk to God through it, and use it to help other women see that they’re not broken they’re becoming.
My healing has come through faith, therapy, journaling, and being honest about what hurt me instead of pretending it didn’t.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
The lie my industry tells is that transformation comes from trends from quick launches, viral moments, and curated feeds.
But true transformation happens in the quiet in prayer, in preparation, and in personal accountability.
I’ve seen people build brands that look good online but crumble behind the scenes because they skipped the inner work.
I believe God builds what we surrender, not what we stage.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people say that I helped them see themselves again.
That through my words, my lens, or my coaching they remembered who they were before life told them to shrink.
I want them to say, “Lineka helped me believe I was worthy of being seen, even in the middle of my becoming.”
My story isn’t about perfection or fame it’s about faith, perseverance, and purpose.
When I’m gone, I want people to remember that I didn’t just take pictures I helped women find their reflection in their calling.
