An Inspired Chat with Mehdi S.Fallah

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Mehdi S.Fallah. Check out our conversation below.

Hi Mehdi, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Who are you learning from right now?
Honestly, my approach is a bit of a hybrid. I’m always digging into insights from marketing leaders I admire, and I pair that with using AI to test out new concepts and speed up my creative process.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi there, I’m Mehdi.S.Fallah , My career actually started back in 2003 in the world of film, where I was cutting my teeth as an editor and video producer and Multimedia Design . Around 2014, I naturally pivoted into marketing and consulting, using my storytelling skills to help brands really connect with their audience.

These days, I’m running Art.biz, a platform that celebrates luxury art and design from Toronto and New York and Middle East to the rest of the world. I’m also a consultant for the Health & Science Technology Park, where I get to guide some really exciting healthcare marketing projects.

I’d say the through-line in my work is this blend of creative storytelling and strategic thinking, all focused on creating those applied experiences that make an impact both here at home and internationally.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
One moment that really shaped how I see the world was when I started working on international projects and creating a platform to connect with people from different countries. Experiencing these connections firsthand strengthened my human-centered perspective. I realized that, at their core, people everywhere are fundamentally similar. The real differences often come not from ordinary individuals, but from the decisions and actions of politicians or those in power.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
You know, I can’t say I’ve ever truly felt like giving up. When I hit a dead end, I see it less as a failure and more as a redirection. I have this deep belief that a better path is being laid out for me, so it’s a sign to stop pouring energy into the wrong thing and stay open to the bigger, better thing that’s meant for me and I always thank God for this also

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
This is a great question. I really believe in authenticity, so the ‘public me’ is fundamentally the same as the ‘private me.’ That said, I think we all have different facets to our personality. In a professional setting, for instance, I might lead with my strategic side rather than my quirky sense of humor. It’s about being appropriate and effective—understanding the context and the people you’re with, while never compromising your core values.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
You know, I’m not one to brag, but I’ve always just tried to be real and helpful with the people I work with. I use what I’ve learned over the years to help them avoid costly mistakes and point them in the right direction. Honestly, if I left tomorrow, I think what they’d miss most is just having someone in their corner who’s actually looking out for them and giving practical advice that works.
