We’re looking forward to introducing you to Pauline Victoria. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Pauline, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
I believe most people secretly want to be seen—but they’re also terrified to be seen. There’s this inner tug-of-war between the desire to be known and the fear of being judged, misunderstood, or not enough.
Deep down, we all crave connection, recognition, and impact. Yet visibility exposes us. It asks us to stand in our truth without the mask, without the filter, and that can feel incredibly vulnerable. So instead, many play small—not because they lack potential, but because they fear being fully revealed.
That’s why I teach visibility from possibility, not performance. When you create from possibility, you lead with authenticity, not approval. You realize that being seen isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. And once you embrace that truth, visibility stops being something to fear and becomes the vehicle through which your purpose shines.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Pauline Victoria — a speaker, business coach, and founder of One Leg Up Productions, the home of the Made for More movement, The Small Victories Podcast, and the Visibility Mastermind. I help purpose-driven entrepreneurs, speakers, and coaches step into their greatness by becoming more strategically visible—so they can be known, not just seen.
What makes my work unique is that it’s rooted in possibility. I was born without arms and legs, so I’ve had to live from possibility my entire life. I don’t just teach mindset—I embody it. I believe we’re all born made for more, and when we shift from limitation to creation, we access a different level of power, confidence, and impact.
Through One Leg Up Productions, I create spaces—whether through media, masterminds, or live events—where people learn to show up with authenticity, clarity, and courage. Because when you create from possibility, you stop waiting for permission to shine. You realize your story, your voice, and your presence were never meant to stay hidden.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world told me who I had to be, I was enough. I didn’t question my worth or compare myself to anyone else. I simply existed in possibility.
As a child born without arms and legs, I didn’t know I was “different” until the world reflected it back to me. But before that awareness, I was just me—curious, joyful, and confident that life would make room for me. That innocence was pure truth: I was enough, just as I was.
Somewhere along the way, like so many of us, I started to internalize expectations—what success should look like, how strength should appear, how I should “fit in.” But the more I tried to meet those standards, the further I drifted from that original knowing.
My journey back to myself has been about remembering that truth—that I was already enough before I ever tried to prove it. And now, through my work, I help others do the same: to return to that inner wholeness, to stop performing for approval, and to start creating from possibility. Because who we were before the world told us otherwise… was already magnificent.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me that there is strength in surrender. Success often tells us to push harder, do more, and control the outcome—but suffering invites us to let go.
When I was 15, I reached a breaking point. I was tired of fighting against my reality, of wishing I was someone else or that my life looked different. I remember crying out to God and saying, “If this is the body You gave me, then show me how to live in it.” In that moment, I stopped resisting and surrendered.
That surrender didn’t mean giving up—it meant giving in to grace. It was the moment I accepted myself fully, not as a mistake to be fixed, but as a miracle to be lived. And with that acceptance came peace.
Suffering stripped away the illusion of control and taught me that true strength isn’t in how tightly we hold on, but in how fully we trust. It showed me that peace doesn’t come from circumstances changing—it comes from our willingness to see possibility within them.
That moment of surrender became the foundation for everything I teach now: that when we release resistance, we open ourselves to a greater flow of purpose, alignment, and power than success alone could ever give us.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My friends would probably say that what matters most to me is people—helping them see what’s possible for their lives and reminding them of the greatness they already carry within. I care deeply about others living in alignment with who they were created to be, not who the world told them they should be.
They’d also say I’m passionate about purpose and potential—that I see gold in people before they see it in themselves. Whether I’m coaching someone through a visibility block or cheering them on through a personal challenge, I’m always holding space for their next level.
And they’d definitely say that authentic connection matters to me. I don’t do surface-level well. I’m most alive when I’m having real conversations about courage, growth, and faith in possibility. Because at the end of the day, what truly matters to me is helping others rise into their greatness—and showing them that they were made for more all along.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people will say that I lived my life as proof of what’s possible. That I didn’t let circumstance define me, but chose to create from possibility every single day.
I want my story to remind others that greatness isn’t about what you have—it’s about what you give, how you love, and how courageously you show up. I hope they’ll say I made people feel seen, valued, and capable of more than they ever imagined.
If they remember me as someone who turned challenges into purpose and inspired others to rise into their own potential, that would mean everything.
At the heart of it all, I want the story of my life to be a mirror that reflects this truth: that we were all made for more, and when we live from that place, we leave behind more than a legacy—we leave behind light.
