We recently had the chance to connect with SAURABH AHUJA and have shared our conversation below.
SAURABH , really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: When have you felt most loved—and did you believe you deserved it?
I feel most loved, fantastic, and even out of this world when I receive kind compliments, warm wishes, and heartfelt blessings from my friends, relatives, followers, and well-wishers. I’m fortunate to have a strong following on Instagram and Facebook—many of whom message me daily, create reels using my pictures, and shower me with appreciation on my stories. That kind of support truly gives me a beautiful feeling.
Honestly, I believe I deserve it. I’ve worked tirelessly—day and night—on both my body and mind. The first impression is often physical, and when you look good, you naturally feel good. I’ve committed myself daily to yoga, meditation, physical training, and high-intensity workouts like boxing—my ultimate calorie-burning machine.
It’s incredibly rewarding when strangers approach me with compliments about my face, physique, or height. Can you believe I haven’t eaten sugar in over two years? I made that choice because I wanted to compete with 25-year-olds—and if you saw me today, I bet you wouldn’t guess I’m over 27. That’s the result of dedication and discipline.
On another note, I was deeply moved by the response to my film “The Guilt”. Everyone who watched it had something heartfelt to say. I received so many compliments on the writing, screenplay, and direction—it truly touched my heart.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Saurabh Ahuja. I am a poet, script writer, dialogue writer, screenplay writer, lyrics writer, editor, director and a filmmaker. By the Grace of God, I am the winner of 29 Indian and 33 international awards. I have been awarded with many awards and accolades from many big celebrities. My last movie “The Guilt” (49 minutes) released over the OTT platform MX player and they showcased my film for 4 years, and got rave reviews across India. Till now, i have won 49 awards for this film from the film festivals across the world. Now, we are in talks with other OTT platforms to showcase it for further years. I have also been interviewed by the three magazines of Houston, USA – HTX, Canvas Rebel and Bold Journey. Zee news also ranked me in the list of “Top 100
influential people of India 2022″.
I am a prestigious member of the Screenwriting association (SWA) and my all contents (songs, scripts for short films, feature films & web series) are registered. I am a thorough professional. I am a creative person with expertise in writing songs, short and feature films.
I have two songs releasing this year. I’m stepping in as the lead actor, singer, and writer for an upcoming romantic track, followed by a soulful song dedicated to my Guruji – “Jai Guru Ji.”
Looking ahead to next year, you’ll see my written web series and a feature film hitting theatres. The subjects I’ve explored in these projects are truly world-class—groundbreaking concepts that have never been touched before in either Bollywood or Hollywood. These are bold, unique stories, and I’m confident they’re going to be absolute superhits. While I can’t reveal the names of the production houses just yet, I can say this much—they are among the biggest names in the film industry.
Thanks for all your love and support!
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
When I held the official Dada Saheb Phalke trophy in my hands, I was overcome with emotion. It was a moment that brought tears to my eyes, and for the first time, I truly felt that I was heading in the right direction.
I’ve always believed in one thing: Listen to your heart—it’s the guiding force that never steers you wrong.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
There has never been a single moment in my life when I thought about giving up. I am a fighter, and I’ve always lived by the mantra “Never say die.” It’s not just a mindset; it’s now a part of who I am.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What truths are so foundational in your life that you rarely articulate them?
Women respect, gratitude, personal growth, the importance of authenticity, the power of resilience.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
On a personal level, I want people to remember me as the kindest, most loving person they’ve ever met or interacted with.
In the professional realm, I aim to be recognized as one of the best writers and directors in the world.
