Sophia , we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
What I’m most proud of building is the foundation that no one sees, the faith, resilience, and work ethic behind Pink Rose Services. Before there was a business, there was a vision that came from a place of service and compassion. I’ve been intentional about building integrity, consistency, and genuine care into every part of what I do. Those unseen values are what make the work meaningful, because true success starts long before the world ever notices.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Sophia Redding, and I am the founder of Pink Rose Services, a faith-inspired care and cleaning company built on compassion, excellence, and integrity. What makes Pink Rose Services unique is that it’s more than a business, it’s a reflection of my personal mission to serve others with grace and to bring light and peace into every space we touch.
The name “Pink Rose” symbolizes love, renewal, and gentleness, values that I carry into my work every day. Our services are rooted in trust, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make life a little easier for those we serve.
My journey started from humble beginnings, but through faith and perseverance, I’ve learned that true success is about serving others with heart. Right now, I’m focused on growing the business to reach more clients in the community while creating opportunities for others who share the same passion for helping and healing through service.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
God saw me clearly before I could ever see myself. Before I understood my own strength, He was shaping me through every season, the struggle, the stillness, and the breakthrough. He placed people along my path who reminded me of who I was becoming, but it was His vision that kept me going. Pink Rose Services was born from that clarity, a calling to serve with love, purpose, and faith.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
There were definitely times I almost gave up. Life has a way of testing your faith when you’re building something from the ground up. But even in the hardest moments, God kept whispering purpose over my life. Each challenge shaped my strength and gave deeper meaning to my work. Pink Rose Services stands today because I chose to rise, pray, and keep believing, even when giving up felt easier.

I’m committed to building a legacy of service and compassion through Pink Rose Services, one rooted in faith, love, and integrity. My belief is simple: when you serve with genuine heart, your work becomes ministry. Even if it takes a lifetime, I’ll keep pouring into people and communities, creating spaces filled with peace, dignity, and care. That’s the kind of impact I want to leave behind.

I would regret not reaching the people I’m meant to impact, not creating more opportunities, not building something lasting that helps others live better and feel valued. I want Pink Rose Services to be a reminder that one person’s vision can change lives.
