An Inspired Chat with Stephanie Rose

Stephanie Rose shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Good morning Stephanie , it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
What I’m most proud of building that nobody really sees is… the balance behind it all. People see the campaigns, the clients, and the luxury side of my business, but what they don’t see is the woman juggling it all behind the scenes… the mom of two boys, the military spouse holding down the fort while my husband serves, and the entrepreneur leading a team and clients across time zones. There are nights when I’m reviewing brand decks after bedtime stories or jumping on strategy calls from the car after a doctor’s appointment. It’s not always perfect, but it’s real… and it’s mine. I’ve built a business that thrives on creativity and precision, but I’ve also built a home that runs on love, structure, and faith. That’s the part that doesn’t make it to social media or the press… the unseen hours, the quiet strength, and the ability to keep showing up no matter what life looks like that day. That balance is what I’m most proud of.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Stephanie Rose, the Founder and CEO of LeSorcier Marketing, a luxury marketing agency specializing in social media, brand storytelling, and strategy for high-end watch, jewelry, hospitality, beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands.
What makes my story unique is how it started… not in a boardroom, but in my living room, with a laptop, a vision, and a newborn on my lap. As a mom of two boys and a military spouse, I’ve learned how to build strategy decks between nap times and lead major campaigns while moving from one duty station to another. It taught me discipline, adaptability, and creativity on a whole new level. Today, LeSorcier works with some of the most respected luxury brands in the industry, helping them bridge the gap between timeless craftsmanship and modern digital storytelling. We don’t just market luxury… we humanize it. Right now, I’m focused on expanding our agency footprint and developing new projects that merge storytelling, innovation, and emotion; because in a world driven by algorithms, real connection will always be the most powerful marketing strategy.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My husband has seen me clearly from the very beginning… before the titles, the clients, or the recognition. We met when I was just 18, still becoming myself, and somehow he already saw who I could be. He’s witnessed every version of me; the dreamer, the doer, the woman determined to build something extraordinary out of nothing.

Over the years, he’s been my mirror… not reflecting where I am, but where I’m meant to go. He knows when I’m playing small and doesn’t let me stay there. His belief in me has been the quiet current behind my confidence, reminding me to keep evolving, keep creating, and keep betting on myself.

I think everyone needs at least one person in their life who sees their future self before they arrive and for me… he’s always been that person.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I’d tell her, you’re not behind… you’re just building quietly.

There were so many moments when I felt like I had to rush, like success had an expiration date. I’d compare myself to others who seemed to have it all figured out, not realizing that the detours were actually building my depth. I’d tell her that every season of waiting, struggling, or starting over was shaping her voice, her confidence, and her purpose. I’d remind her that she’s not meant to fit in that she’s meant to build something that doesn’t exist yet. And one day, the very things she thought disqualified her will become the reason people trust her.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
One of the biggest lies my industry tells itself is that luxury has to be unreachable to feel exclusive. Somewhere along the way, marketing turned connection into a commodity. When, in reality, the brands that last are the ones that make people feel seen! I think the other lie is that success online is all about going viral. It’s not… It’s about building consistency, credibility, and community; the things that never trend but always matter.

Luxury isn’t about showing off anymore. It’s about storytelling, emotion, and trust. The future of marketing (especially in luxury) belongs to the brands that understand that human connection will always outperform algorithms.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Absolutely. I’ve spent years learning how to clap for myself in silence. As an introvert, there were plenty of seasons where it was just me, my laptop, and a vision that no one else fully understood yet. You learn to be your own hype team to celebrate the tiny wins, to push through the quiet. I’ve realized the real reward isn’t the applause, it’s the progress. Giving your best, even when no one’s watching, builds a kind of confidence that can’t be faked.

Some of us are lucky to have people who do love us, support us, and cheer us on, but they don’t always understand what it took… the late nights, the doubts, the constant mental tug-of-war that comes with building something from the ground up. And that’s okay. Sometimes, you have to be your own biggest cheerleader, your own hype team, and your own reminder that you’re doing better than you think.

And hey, if no one’s around to cheer, I’ll still open my own champagne or comfort meal because I’ve earned it! 🥂
