Anwar Fonseca on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We recently had the chance to connect with Anwar Fonseca and have shared our conversation below.

Anwar, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Wake up pet my animals (2 dogs & a bunny rabbit) kiss my wife, take the dogs for a walk at the park, come back home feed my 3 turtles, do my Flow practice.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Anwar Fonseca I was born in Mexicali B.C. & raised in Holtville California.
I’ve been welding for 23 years now & have my own company called Artistic Welding.
Our focus is custom ironwork, were we get to sit with the customer & design something nobody else has made before.
Iam also an acrylic painter as I’ve displayed my work in many different galleries in the Coachella Valley.
And currently a certified instructor/coach for Flow60.com

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
I think my mother, she always let me be who I wanted to be with no restrictions and supported me till the end.

When you were sad or scared as a child, what helped?
Skateboarding was always my go too when I was a kid, with the issues at home I would get away all day skateboarding different spots.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes I am only one body mind and soul combined in public, private, in a celestial plane. everywhere Iam the real me.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
What I understand deeply that most people don’t is how our mind, body, and emotions are all synchronized together, how our passed traumas & pent up emotions how they effect our every second of existence.
