Good morning Brenda, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Energy is most important to me. It sets the tone for everything. When energy is aligned and authentic, intelligence and integrity naturally follow.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Brenda Pond, an entrepreneur at heart: from the founder of FindersPage, a platform built to help people be seen, discovered, and supported through meaningful connections and opportunities. I also created Finders Ascend Magazine, which highlights inspiring individuals and brands, and Quokki Universe, a heart -centered character brand focused on joy. healing, and imagination. Everything I build is rooted in authenticity, creativity, and aligned energy.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
A moment that shaped how I see the world was witnessing people turn against one another during times of fear and uncertainty. It showed me how powerful energy is-how quickly division can spread, but also how important compassion, awareness, and conscious choices are in bringing people back together.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering has taught me empathy, patience, and inner strength-things success alone can’t teach. It showed me how to stay grounded, compassionate, and resilient even when circumstances are uncertain in life.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
One of the biggest lies is that visibility equals value. Many industries reward noise over authenticity, numbers over substance, and speed over integrity-when real impact comes from meaningful connection and purpose-driven work.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
I understand deeply that everything begins with energy-how we show up, how we treat others, and what we create. Legacy isn’t bult by titles or success alone, but by the impact we leave on peoples lives and the consciousness we help elevate.
