Self discipline is something that I’m still in constant pursuit of. I’ve come a long way when it comes to self discipline. I remember when I first started to become more self aware and focused on my healing journey about 12 or 13 years ago. The foundation of my self-discipline is etched in my military history as a United States Marine. I joined the Marine Corps. directly after high school.
