I find that people love the idea of owning their own business but then they don’t think about the fact that there is no one there to give you a list of what you have to do. You are the one who creates that list. You’re the one that sets your schedule and you’re the one that has to make it happen. If you don’t, you don’t make money. There is a freedom but there is more responsibility. I find that if you are passionate about the business you start, you can’t help but want to be god at it and be motivated to do it. Read more>>

I practice self discipline daily, by trying to get the most out of each and every day. I believe if I stay structured and disciplined I get more accomplished each day. I allow no one to be harder on me, than so am I on myself. What others opinions are of me isn’t my concern. I have no aspirations of being better than anyone ever. I just try to be better each day than I was the day before. Read more>>

My self discipline comes from myself. Discipline was the result of the absence of discipline. I enjoy philosophy, especially Stoicism which emphasizes discipline. We are meant to accomplish things not sit around and waste life. By the age of 8, I was a precocious and highly energetic little girl. School was a joy and provided me with a great forum for social interaction. The problem – I was supposed to sit quietly and learn like the other children. That was just not going to happen. My mom was invited (more like summoned) to the school to noodle possible outlets for my excessive energy. The collective wisdom – they would put me in ballet class. Read more>>

I have self-discipline because I don’t want to become a worthless piece of shit . It comes from being scared of not being the man I need to be for myself and my family.
