Fast & Tev , it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day is very deep I have designed it to set the tone for peak performance across wellness, mindset, and physical energy. The day begins around 5:30 AM with hydration often water with electrolytes or lemon and a few minutes of mindful breathing or meditation to ground the mind in clarity. By 5:45 AM, physical activation takes priority, with 30 to 45 minutes of focused training such as strength work, HIIT, or mobility drills, followed by stretching or yoga to enhance recovery and flexibility. At 6:30 AM, a cold shower or contrast therapy sharpens alertness, and journaling helps reinforce focus by outlining top priorities, long-term goals, and a short gratitude practice to strengthen a growth mindset. By 6:45 AM, a clean, high protein, nutrient dense breakfast such as eggs, avocado, and greens or a protein-based smoothie provides sustained energy for demanding decisions ahead. The final portion of the morning, from 7:00 AM onward, is reserved for strategic alignment: reading markets, economics, or leadership materials while reviewing key objectives for the day. No emails or distractions enter this space only deep alignment with mission and vision. By 7:30 AM, I feel mentally sharp, physically energized, and strategically prepared to perform at the highest level.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello everyone I am the owner of TheFastFitness a health and wellness company in Boston MA. My name is Tev, and I am the owner and lead trainer at TheFastFitness, the leading personal wellness coaching in downtown Boston. I am a Certified Functional Strength Coach, an ACE-certified personal trainer, and AED/CPR certified through the American Heart Association. My journey has included becoming a Tier 3+ Trainer through Equinox Sports Club Boston one of the most prestigious training programs in the worldand serving as a Lululemon Pro Trainer brand ambassador. With over ten years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of training a wide range of clients, from beginners to athletes, celebrities, and CEOs of some of the largest companies in the world. At TheFastFitness, our unique approach combines advanced program design, movement screenings, and a deep understanding of different body types and fitness levels to maximize health outcomes. What makes us special is that we don’t just train bodies we create an organic, customized experience that empowers people to push beyond their limits and achieve lasting results.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
For a large portion of my life I have been attached to being a football player. I chased the dream of becoming an NFL player for the majority of my life in which I am very thankful for. That journey truly shaped me into who I am today. It helped me in so many ways, mentally plus physically and a lot of the skills I acquired from a leadership, integrity, trust standpoint has definitely showed up numerous time in my business and has helped me grow Fast Fitness.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
I was ready to give up during covid. There was a lot of moving pieces and there was almost nobody you could ask for advice because it was a time period that nobody has ever experienced in their own lifetime
