I love this question. I recently moved to New York to further pursue my modeling career, and I’ve used the fresh start to reintroduce self-care habits that maximize my effectiveness. I firmly believe that self-care starts internally, on a spiritual level. So, almost every morning since moving in, I start my days by immediately praying once I’ve awoken. For self-care I do daily meditation which helps me to clear my mind and envision how I would like the remainder of my day and/or week to look. I first learned about meditation when I started practicing yoga nearly 20 years ago, but have taken a deeper dive into meditation since I took my yoga teacher training back in 2019.
