I have dealt with mental health issues for a long time. I knew once I found out I was pregnant that I should immediately seek help from a therapist specializing in Postpartum Depression. After having my third baby, I took on a new perspective and solely focused on spiritual healing and growth rather than just medicating. This allowed me to better understand my purpose, not just in my career but also as a mom and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward and reframe my past experiences in a more positive light.
