Kate Tumanova’s Stories, Lessons & Insights

Kate Tumanova shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Good morning Kate, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
I can tell you about the first 30 and it hasnt changed in many many years. Breathwork, breathwork, breathwork. A full body breathwork routine is my non negotiable rule. No matter where I am or how I feel, the very first thing I do is breathwork.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My main focus has been Film & TV Production. The market and life itself are constantly changing, especially in the last 3-5 years; my main task as a leader and buseness owner is to keep adopting, keep an open mind and being available to my clients world-wide.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
Professionaly speaking ego causes the damage, money can restore anything. Negotiate.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
No. At times I avoid, I ignore, I get lazy…but giving up- no. I like to finish what I start, I like to follow my words with actions and Id much rather fail than give up. Completion gives me satisfaction even when I lose.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Health, wealth and family.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
Aside from my humor probably nothing. Everyone is replaceable including me and thats a humbling thing to remember.
