Leonardo Moleiro’s Stories, Lessons & Insights

We recently had the chance to connect with Leonardo Moleiro and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Leonardo, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
Honestly, every moment I spend with my dog makes me laugh and feel proud. She has this way of reminding me to slow down, enjoy the little things, and stay present. When we play, it’s pure joy no pressure, no deadlines just connection. Those moments remind me that happiness is in the simplest things.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
A multidisciplinary artist and creative director. My brand and artistic language, Graphic Cubism, combines fine art, design, and storytelling to create vibrant, emotional experiences. From canvas paintings to large-scale murals across cities in the U.S. and Europe. What makes my work unique is its connection with people it’s not just visual, it’s emotional. My goal is always to make viewers feel something real, to recognize themselves in the abstraction.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
Definitely my mother and my grandmother. They shaped everything about how I see myself — my strength, my sensitivity, my discipline, and my sense of humor. They taught me that resilience can be beautiful, and that love doesn’t always need to be loud to be powerful.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Never. Giving up !!!

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Always!!

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m painting.
