We recently had the chance to connect with Brandon Pinder and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Brandon, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
It has taken me literally 14 days to start this interview and I want to tell you why. I’ve been on a very tough and personal journey this year and it has all become clearer in just the last 2 weeks. I’ve always been an advocate for self awareness and pursuing it no matter how difficult. From the beginning of 2025 that toilsome task of knowing oneself weighed on me heavily. So heavily that it’s been one of the most wearisome tasks of my adult life. I’m proud to say that I am pushing through because of my faith in God. This year I believe wholeheartedly that I’ve been called to let go of control and truly trust that God will come through for me, just like He always has before. For a long time, I’ve felt the need to manage everything on my own. Every plan, every outcome, and every step. But lately, I’ve realized that holding on too tightly only limits what God can do in my life. I’m learning to surrender those fears, to release the pressure of having it all figured out, and to rest in the peace of knowing that His timing and His ways are always perfect. This season is about faith over fear and trusting that if God brought me this far, He’s not about to stop now. I know it may sound cliche but this is the best way to live life in these times we are in.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Yes I can. I’m Brandon Pinder. I am the CEO and founder of Öne Öf Öne Consulting and Thank Ü God For Another Day Clothing. My journey has always been about creativity, purpose, and helping others bring their visions to life. These are the things I’m most passionate about so I decided to make them my businesses With over 15 years in fashion, branding, and business development, I’ve learned that success comes from authenticity and faith, as well as staying true to who you are while trusting the process. Through Öne Öf Öne Consulting, I work with entrepreneurs and brands to turn their ideas into scalable, impactful businesses. What makes my work unique is the personalized approach I use. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies. Every client is “one of one,” and I take pride in helping them build something that reflects their values, voice, and purpose. With Thank Ü God For Another Day Clothing I’ve cultivated a brand that transfers my faith into fashion. What makes my work special with my clothing line is that everything I do is rooted in faith, authenticity, and purpose. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when you align your gifts with your calling. Right now, I’m focused on growing both of my brands and creating more opportunities to inspire others through business, creativity, and gratitude. At the end of the day, I just want people to know that if they stay faithful and put in the work, God can take them further than they ever imagined. I’ve also been into Photography and I’ve recently launched an investment group that I will be developing further in 2026. This investment group will focus on Stocks, Investment properties, Ideas, as well as Businesses. Keep a lookout for it.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
Overall there are two extremely important relationships that shaped me and continue to shape me to this day. My relationship with God is the main one, but also my relationship with my mom is paramount and has been the foundation of how I see myself.
My mom taught me resilience, humility, and compassion. She’s shown me what it means to lead with love, even when life isn’t easy. Watching her strength and faith in action gave me a blueprint for how to navigate my own journey. My relationship with God has deepened that foundation by reminding me that my worth isn’t tied to what I achieve but to who I am in Him. Through every high and low God has shown me that I’m never walking alone and that there’s purpose in every challenge and grace in every moment. Together, my mom’s influence and God’s guidance have shaped me into someone who strives to live with intention, gratitude, and faith.
What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
Losing my father was one of the most defining and painful experiences of my life. A wound that shook me to my core and forced me to confront emotions I hadn’t fully understood before. His absence left a void that no one else could fill and for a long time I carried grief, anger, and questions about my life and my purpose. This loss felt and still to this day feels overwhelming. It shaped how I saw myself and the world around me. It has challenged me to navigate spaces that felt uncertain without his guidance, wisdom, and presence. Healing from this loss has been a journey of patience, reflection, and the highest faith. I’ve learned to honor his memory by embracing the lessons he taught me, even when I didn’t realize it at the time. Lessons of resilience, integrity, and the importance of faith. Through prayer, reflection, and leaning on the support of loved ones, I am slowly transforming that intense pain into purpose. I’ve come to understand that grief doesn’t disappear but it can be a catalyst for growth, empathy, and a deeper connection to the people and experiences that truly matter. Each day I strive to live in a way that would make him proud by channeling the love and wisdom he instilled in me into everything I do. This loss, while profoundly painful, has become a cornerstone of my strength, shaping my character, my faith, and the person I am continually becoming. R.I.P. Pops. You are truly missed. I wear you on my chest every day.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that being a person of integrity and morals is central to who I am. They would say this because they’ve consistently seen me make choices guided by honesty, fairness, and a strong sense of right and wrong. Even when it wasn’t easy or convenient. I hold myself accountable to my values in every aspect of life. From my relationships to my work and the way I treat others. I do this not just because it was how I was raised but also because I believe that character is revealed in how we act when no one is watching. Friends often tell me they admire how I stand firm in my principles, whether it’s following through on commitments, speaking truthfully with kindness, or refusing to compromise on what I believe is right. I approach life with a sense of responsibility knowing that my actions have impact and I strive to live in a way that reflects consistency, trustworthiness, and moral courage. Even in challenging situations I prioritize doing what aligns with my values over seeking personal gain or approval. I think my friends recognize that for me integrity isn’t just a trait, it’s a guiding force that shapes my decisions, my relationships, and the legacy I hope to leave for my daughter and future children. It’s about showing up authentically, honoring my word, and holding myself to a standard that I would be proud to pass on to others.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m fully immersed in activities that engage my mind, heart, and soul. Whether that’s creating, solving problems, or building something of value. There’s a deep sense of fulfillment that comes from taking an idea or challenge and turning it into something tangible, meaningful, or impactful. I love the process of working through complexities, finding solutions, and seeing progress. This reminds me that effort, intention, and creativity can produce real results. Equally, I find profound peace in the presence of family and loved ones, especially when I’m able to make them happy or support them in meaningful ways. There’s something grounding about connecting with the people who matter most, sharing laughter, encouragement, or simply being present that balances the drive and ambition I pour into my work. Whether I’m crafting a new project, brainstorming solutions, or lifting the spirits of those I care about, these moments center me by giving me a sense of purpose, joy, and calm. They remind me that life is best lived when creation, contribution, and connection come together and they continuously inspire me to align my actions with what truly matters. I am most fulfilled when I’m making a positive impact while cultivating love, trust, and gratitude in every space I occupy.
