We’re looking forward to introducing you to Cerila Gailliard PMP, CSM. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Cerila, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do you think is misunderstood about your business?
Many people assume Orchestrating Your Success (OYS) is just another project management firm, focused on tasks, timelines, and tools. But that is not what we do. We help CEOs and business owners close execution gaps.
Our work is not about creating clarity, structure, and execution, the three pillars that make performance predictable and innovation possible. Project management, in our world, is not a back-office function. It is how you protect profit, people, and progress.
When clients finally experience that shift from chaos to clarity, they realize we are not managing projects. We are orchestrating outcomes.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Cerila Gailliard, PMP, CSM, founder of Orchestrating Your Success (OYS) and host of the Manage Your Projects with Confidence podcast.
At OYS, we help CEOs, executives, and business owners close what I call the execution gap, the costly space between having a great strategy and actually delivering measurable results. My approach is built on three pillars: Clarity, Structure, and Execution. Clarity defines what “good” looks like. Structure makes it repeatable. Execution turns it into profit.
What makes my work unique is that I don’t just manage projects. I operationalize outcomes. I bridge strategy and implementation so leaders can protect profits, eliminate chaos, and scale with confidence.
Beyond OYS, I created The Confident Collection, a lifestyle line that connects mindset with action, and I host a podcast that brings these same principles to life through real-world conversations with entrepreneurs and experts.
Right now, I’m focused on helping organizations build the systems that make success predictable because innovation doesn’t happen in chaos. It happens when structure clears the path for bold thinking.”
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
The moment I felt most powerful was when I earned my PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
That milestone represented more than a credential, it was proof that I could build something of my own. The PMP opened doors I didn’t even know existed and gave me the confidence to create Orchestrating Your Success (OYS). From that moment, new opportunities began to align, and what started as a certification became the foundation for my business and the work I do today.”
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
I think every business owner reaches a moment when giving up feels easier than pushing forward. The dream starts to feel heavy, the financial strain, the uncertainty, the exhaustion of not seeing immediate results. I have been there. But in that moment, I reminded myself that I was doing the right things which was building, learning, and staying consistent. So I kept going. And eventually, the consistency paid off. It always does.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
The belief I am committed to no matter what is showing up and staying consistent. That simple commitment has opened more doors than I ever imagined, both for me and for my business. Consistency creates momentum, and momentum creates opportunity.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I am doing what I was born to do. Every experience, challenge, and lesson I have had led me to this point building my own business and launching my podcast. It all aligned exactly the way it was meant to.
