Hi Elodie, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
Whar really craks me up and makes me proud is that these days it’s the dogs who drag their owners to our shop, even the humans had no intention of coming in !

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Elodie & Dan truly redefine the Classic French Pastry. They use traditional recipes and add a new twist with unexpected ingredients and delicious flavors.

La chouquette is opem now since 10 years we are well knowns for our all differents kind of croissants made with frencg Butter vome from Normandy our famous croissant is The MAZOU

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who taught you the most about work?
the people who taught me the most about work were my grandfather and my father. From them, and from my family in general, i learned the real values of work: working hard, giving love in everything you do, and striving for perfection. They always told me tht whatever you do , do it with love.

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
i stopped hinding my pain when i realized it could actually be a source of strength. For me, it was about not being afraid to learn , to make mistakes before getting right, and to embrace that process instead of being ashamed of it.

yes that’s how we grow, how we change, and we evolve

i feel most at peace when i am surrounded by the people i love and nature, just being in the moment
