Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Jessica N. Sauls of Pooler, GA

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Jessica N. Sauls. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Jessica N., it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Waking you every day is a blessing. I typically start my day with a cup a mushroom coffee and sit on my front porch to spend time with my self and Jesus. I do this every morning. I then make my bed, they say every millionaire starts with making there bed to start the day off with there first task done. I then will do some sort of work out, rather it be walkiing or lifting weights. After that Shower and get to work.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My Name is Jessica N. Sauls and I am an entrepreneur. Owning a beauty lounge that offers everything from Hair services, Spray Tanning, Eyelash extensions, Head spa. We use all natural products due to the increase of cancer. I am an Author, and have recently graduated with a Master’s In Mental Health Life coaching. My retirement plan is to help other woman in this dark world.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My late mother Mary Claire, she was my biggest fan. She always told me I would change the world. I just needed to believe it. When she pasted I went through a really dark season. Now I am unstoppable and am here to help everyone.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, after my mother passed and I got involved with the wrong person at the wrong time. It literally almost broke me. Thankfully I have a wonderful support team and was able to work my way out of the darkness. I contacted a therapist, it was the best decision of my life.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Where are smart people getting it totally wrong today?
You have to put God first. It is just that simple. You can be the smartest person in the world but if you don’t have God it won’t matter.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. When do you feel most at peace?
I was never peaceful until I meet Jesus. It wasn’t until I almost broke and surrendered. Now I have totally peace even when it’s storming.
