John Paul , really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: Who are you learning from right now?
I’m constantly learning,but as my small business has grown,so has my pictures and custom designs..As I’m studying jewelry design,I am currently learning from whom I believe to be the best in the business, and that is @traxnyc,a well known jeweler from New York City,his work ethic is incredible, he’s motivated daily and is the owner of @traxnyc who specialise in gold and diamond jewellery,I have learned so much from him and owe him a dept of gratitude for inspiring me (and others),and for the valuable insights he gives..
If I could run my business as smoothly and employ locals it would be amazing for me personally, but I will continue to learn and absorb all the information I need to succeed.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
D11DESIGNZ.
I am a qualified grafic designer based in Dublin Ireland..I can say with confidence that d11designz is a unique design business that goes beyond the imagination and brings your thoughts to life..I have worked with many MMA fighters,sports personalities, musicians and more.
We at d11designz are experts in designing exactly what the client asks, never letting one down or disappointed.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who taught you the most about work?
My Technical Drawing school teacher,he started me on the track to design.
Back in Highschool I spent three years learning under him and learned alot,but wasn’t till later on in life that I actually started d11designz and design,
Since then I have never looked back and that’s something I teach in my local community centre, I teach unprivileged kids to draw and practice colouring etc,etc.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Through suffering I have learned that no matter how dark or difficult things are there is always light at the end of the tunnel, cliche I know.
I suffered from my mental, physical and emotional health, sometimes I still do, but I know no matter how low it goes,I am blessed to have loved ones to pick me back up.
Success, that has thought me that things will come and go, yes I gained followers and my reputation grew and I started making money, my small business is doing good at present and with god’s blessing it may continue, but with success comes great responsibility where your word is your bond.
Success comes and goes, but your health is your trur wealth. Talk to someone, reach out and never suffer in silence.
End the stigma of mental health.

The cultural value I protect at all costs,is my Irish-nish,I am very proud to be Irish, some say we are the nicest people in the world,and we are adored around the world for our generosity,realness and infamous for the crãic

I would like to think that people would remember me by designz and personality that comes through in my images, but as a customer told me “your pictures are pride and place in Florida* and other people around the world have my pictures and that’s an amazing feeling.
