We recently had the chance to connect with Logan Montague and have shared our conversation below.
Logan, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What is a normal day like for you right now?
I’m up around 6:30 a.m. and start my day with movement, either a gym session or a walk, followed by reading and personal development. Breakfast is always avocado toast with an egg before I’m at my desk by 9:00.
I tackle my revenue‑generating tasks first, then spend the rest of the day on client calls, meetings, or creative projects. I usually wrap by 4:00, take another walk, make dinner, and spend the evening with my fiancé…lately, that’s meant a lot of wedding planning, which is super fun!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Logan Montague — marketing strategist, agency owner, business mentor, and co‑founder.
Through my award‑winning agency, Your Marketing BFFs, we partner with multi‑million‑dollar companies to bring their vision to life with strategy‑first marketing. On the mentorship side, I run Business BFF Academy, a community and coaching hub for social media managers, agency owners, and service providers ready to grow their businesses alongside like-minded women without burning out.
And with Faith Fueled Founders, I help women scale in alignment with their values — blending spiritual alignment with proven business strategies so they can grow without sacrificing their peace, health, or personal life.
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that success isn’t about working more — it’s about building the right systems, offers, and strategy so your business works for you.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationship that’s shaped how I see myself most is with my Faith Fueled Founders co‑founder, Kari. She’s been a mentor to me for years, helping me look inward, trust myself, and embrace who I truly am. She’s guided me through shedding old versions of myself and stepping into new ones, always asking the tough questions while offering support. That’s why we joined forces: to help other women experience that same clarity, confidence, and evolution in their own lives and businesses.
When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I started stepping into my true power when I stopped seeing myself as a victim of my circumstances and started using my experiences to advocate for others. I realized that my story could make other people feel seen, heard, and less alone, and that was powerful.
When I was in my own seasons of pain and struggle, it felt incredibly isolating. If I had had the kind of community I’ve now built for others, it would have felt a lot less lonely. That’s why I’m so committed to creating safe spaces where people can show up as their full selves — in life and in business — and know they’re supported.
After learning to truly trust myself, love myself, and be proud of my story (the good and the hard), I began sharing the real, behind‑the‑scenes parts of my life. And I’ve seen how that vulnerability builds relatability and connection. If I can help even one person feel less alone, I’ve done my job.
For me, it’s about more than business strategy. It’s about supporting the whole person. Because at the end of the day, you can’t have a thriving business if your life is falling apart. Transforming my pain into power has shaped everything I do.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would tell you that my community is everything to me, whether that’s my circle of friends, my family, or the business community I’ve built. I show up for them every single day and pour my energy into making sure they feel supported.
It’s not just about being surrounded by people. It’s about intentional connection. When I’m with my friends, I’m fully present with them in that moment. When I’m with my fiancé, my focus is on him. I believe people deserve to feel important, and I try to show that through my actions, my attention, and the way I show up.
In my hardest seasons, I wouldn’t have made it through without the people around me. That’s why I make it a priority to connect daily, so my community knows they’re not alone in whatever they’re facing. At the end of the day, nothing matters more to me than the people I get to do life and business alongside. They’re my greatest source of joy.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
I deeply understand that business and life are completely intertwined. You can’t have a thriving business if your personal life is in shambles, and you can’t have a truly fulfilling life if your business is constantly draining you. Most people try to separate the two, but I’ve learned that the key is building in a way that supports both.
I also understand that success isn’t about working more. It’s about working with intention, building smart systems, and creating aligned offers so your business works for you. And just as importantly, I know the power of community and connection. The right relationships can not only change your business, but change your life.
