Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Nate Guerrero

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Nate Guerrero . Check out our conversation below.

Nate , really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
What I’m most proud of building isn’t something people can physically see it’s the legacy behind my work. It’s the commitment to honoring my craft, valuing my clients, and making a meaningful impact through every interaction. The unseen foundation of my business is built on intention, integrity, and the desire to serve people well.

What matters most to me is that my clients feel my heart in everything I do. I want them to recognize the passion I pursue relentlessly and the dedication to excellence that guides every decision, every detail, and every finished product. That level of care isn’t always visible on the surface, but it’s the driving force behind my work.

At the core, I’m building an experience rooted in joy one that uplifts, inspires, and leaves people better than I found them. My deepest hope is that, when people reflect on my legacy, they remember not just the visuals I created, but the feeling of happiness and wholeheartedness woven into every step of the journey.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
As a Visual Lifestyle Designer specializing in photography, videography, and floral installation and design, my vision is to craft every project with intention and skill, uniquely tailored to each client. Having collaborated with top professionals across food, fashion, visual arts, interior, and digital design, I’ve developed my own creative language shaped by years of studying elite designers and immersing myself in diverse creative industries. Whether redesigning a space, capturing someone’s essence, or creating florals, design has always been an innate part of who I am.

My work is deeply rooted in purpose one I believe was orchestrated long before I stepped into it. Through the highs and lows of life, I’ve grown into the creative I am today, fueled by a lifelong ability to self-start, lead, and pour my heart into everything I do. I’ve operated and supported businesses across fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, and restaurants, but photography and florals have always been the passions that center me. It give me the joy, direction, and creative freedom to serve others in a way that feels true to who I am.

This journey led to the creation of Elevate Agency, an agency dedicated to bringing out the best in people through intentional visual storytelling. What sets us apart is our unwavering focus on people the heart and soul of everything we do. Through photography, I aim to build confidence, encourage authenticity, and create a comfortable environment where clients feel empowered. Whether through visuals or florals, my mission remains the same: to elevate, inspire, and help people see the beauty of who they are.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationships that has most shaped how I see myself are the ones marked by consistency, encouragement, and an unwavering presence through both the highs and the lows. For me, that foundation has always been my family, along with the leaders and mentors who have invested in my life with intention and care.

Their guidance, honesty, and belief in my potential have shaped not only the man I am today but also the business owner I’ve become. They modeled resilience, integrity, and purpose qualities that continue to influence how I show up in my work and in my relationships.

Without their support and steady presence, I wouldn’t have the courage to step forward, take risks, or lead with the confidence I carry today. Their impact lives at the core of how I see myself and what I aspire to build.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell my younger self to trust the journey every challenge, setback, and high point is shaping you with purpose. Prioritizing yourself and stepping boldly into who you are isn’t selfish; it’s the key to becoming who you’re meant to be.

I’d remind him that it’s okay to outgrow old patterns and embrace change, because each experience and skill you gain will guide you toward the work that truly brings you joy. The road won’t always be easy, but it will lead you exactly where you’re called to go.

Most of all, I’d tell him to believe in the dreams placed in his heart. One day, they’ll become something meaningful.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What truths are so foundational in your life that you rarely articulate them?
Honor who you are, put yourself first, and keep learning from every move you make.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
When I’m creating, everything else slips away and it feels like it’s just me in that moment. I’m at my most peaceful, free, and confident when I know that what I’ve created will shape the outcome of what I was entrusted to do.
