Stephanie Daily shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Hi Stephanie, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Integrity is the most important thing to me.
I’ve known some of the smartest people (book-wise) that I don’t consider intelligent. Intelligence to me is more about street smarts, not a passage from a Shakespeare play.
Energy is different. I’ve always had different energy for situations I’ve been in. Now that I’m older, things that used to really get me amped up are just not part of my everyday life. I save my energy for my marriage, my business, and my friends. Beyond that, I consider what I’m willing to give my energy to. Not everyone can afford it.
Integrity is one of the highest principles I value in any person, and I hold myself to that high standard. Show up when you say you will. If someone needs your help, help them. If you say you’re going to do something, do it. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. Don’t commit to things you don’t value. Be truthful and transparent in everything you do. Be real, people will respect you for it.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Stephanie Daily, wife, mom, aunt, the lasagna lady, lifelong Green Bay Packers Fan.
Previous lives: Insurance agent, Insurance Executive, Digital Media Marketing, Social Media Manager, The Lasagna Lady.
I left my full-time social media manager job to pursue a dream that I made up. After losing a friend to cancer, I did what I would always do: take their family lasagna. I came home after the celebration of life and mentioned sending a friend a lasagna. This sparked sleepless nights as I tried to figure out how to turn lasagna into a business. Six years later, 11/1/2025, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
My worth was based on my weight, my hair, the clothes I wore, the parties I got invited to, and the “friends” I hung out with.
There is a song called “Perfect” by Alanis Morrisette that always resonated with me.
“We’ll love you just the way you are
If you’re perfect.”
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
You can do anything you want. If you believe it in your heart and you believe it in your soul, you can do it. Don’t let anyone tell you you can’t because you absolutely can. It’s never too late.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
That everyone I come in contact with feels loved and accepted as who they are in that moment.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope that people will say that they met the real me every time. I made them feel welcome in awkward situations. That I was relatable, that I made them laugh. They felt like a better person after meeting me.
