Thana Redhawk shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Thana, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
I start my day with my supplements and sage. A good breakfast and then I look at my calendar and check all my emails and social media accounts.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Thana Redhawk
“Fires of Thunder” book release on December 8th, has been taking up much of my time. I’ve been working with my publisher on the layout and formatting the book. It’s really exciting to have my first book being published.
I’ve also continued to work with all kinds of artists and talent, whoever I represent in my Talent management company.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
as a child I felt best one in nature and of course, running around playing. I’ve always been inspired by music, dance, and writing.
Before the world told me who I had to be “an adult “ I would spend most of my time doing artistic projects.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
I found that challenges have definitely giving me the most growth in my life. And even though I don’t like the challenges, I do know that blessings eventually come after the challenges.
The biggest challenges go through have been the loss of loved ones, and the grief that comes with that. You never know when the grief is going to hit you.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
The public version of me is outgoing and fun. I enjoy networking and meeting others.
The private version of me is often spent doing artistic projects and spending time with my family.
And the same person in public as I am in private, the only difference is who I’m spending my time with.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
if I only had 10 years to live, I would stop people pleasing and make sure that I’m taking good care of myself.
Well, it’s important to be kind to others. We also should be kind to ourselves..
I wouldn’t overwork myself and I would make time for the important things of life like family, friends, and health.
