Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Vasjan Zisi Aka Vasjan Presents of Boston

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Vasjan Zisi Aka Vasjan Presents. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Vasjan Zisi, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
Yes, recently I got nominated for Music promoter of the year at the 2025 Boston Music Awards. My company Vasjan Presents Llc keeps growing and this is our 5th nomination for the Boston music awards and this year we are going to win.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Vasjan Zisi, im an event planner, club promoter and artist. Im the ceo of Vasjan presents Llc. We do a lot of hiphop events all over Massachusetts and Rhode Island. 4 times winner of the Mega mass awards Promoter of the year award. Nominated for Best contemporary blues album “The Fury” at the 2025 Grammy Awards and recently also seen at the BET AWARDS.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
I was a good kid in school, with a 4.0 gpa studying for Finance. After my 1st accounting internship I was able to save some money and bring celebrities to different clubs in the city. The first couple ones was very successfull and now this is my 5th year doing this independently. I do everything myself from booking the artist to making host flyers, booking djs and communicating with management of artist. I’m looking to build a strong team in the future and own my nightclub

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I just stopped caring what other people think and continued with my plan. People will always have something to say about you and that won’t affect me or change my life so why bother.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
Partially, people don’t know the hard work behind these events and what it takes to get to where I am. I have to sacrifice a lot from my private & family life to do this, and these events take a big toll on me mentally everytime

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope they portray me as a nice person who always looked out for other people and who put myself in other people shoes. Also a caring person and a good business man
