Meet Aaron Ankrah

We were lucky to catch up with Aaron Ankrah recently and have shared our conversation below.

Aaron, so great to be with you and I think a lot of folks are going to benefit from hearing your story and lessons and wisdom. Imposter Syndrome is something that we know how words to describe, but it’s something that has held people back forever and so we’re really interested to hear about your story and how you overcame imposter syndrome.

The key is changing one’s mindset and believing that one is totally deserving of the success worked for.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I provide graphic designing and software engineering services. What i find most exciting is how fast i deliver my services and the positive feedback of my clients; it’s almost unreal! Currently looking forward to starting a foundation for charity.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Reading-personal research, determination and discipline have been very helpful personally. Don’t clap for yourself too soon and always focus on building value before anything else; this will always keep you at the top.

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?

“No Excuses” by Brian Tracy is one of the books that has really helped me. One nugget i can share is “Never say what will be will be; always say if it will be, it is up to me”
