Meet Aaron Below

We were lucky to catch up with Aaron Below recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Aaron with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
I received my work ethic from my father he always pushed me to be able to lean by myself but was always there to help when I needed a hand.

We would do many home entertainment projects together around the house. Anything from simple kitchen lighting to full room remodeling.

That sparked a passion to use my skills to make and creating projects that I could give to my family from small jewelry to full pieces of furniture and lots of things In-between

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
As a Journyman Tool maker I strive to create the best product with my skills.

I’ve always had a passion telling a story with my project or have a meaning behind the piece of work.

I created a simple necklace that said You Are Loved and gave it to my sister. Not thinking anything about it I found out years later she gave it to another of my sisters and it made her day.
So after finding this out I decided to start creating more to share with family and friends and people loved them so I launched a small bisness off the idea of a necklace that was meant to be shared and passed along when you find someone that needs to hear the encouragement

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
1. You never know what idea will be most impact full on someone else’s life. So keep trying new things I’ve worked on 100’s of different projects to find this one

2. Failure is just learning how to become better next time. If you can keep learning you’ll get there.

3.time it takes time I’ve spent most of my younger years trying new things to see what I like to do and how I can be impactful to others in a positive way

If you knew you only had a decade of life left, how would you spend that decade?
My biggest challenge is figuring out how to effectively engage with social media networking and how to be seen by others.

I am a hands on worker not a great midea person haha
