Meet Aaron Knipp

We recently connected with Aaron Knipp and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Aaron, so happy to have you with us today and there is so much we want to ask you about. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others developed certain skills or qualities that we are struggling with can be helpful. Along those lines, we’d love to hear from you about how you developed your ability to take risk?
People often have a tendency to exaggerate the worst-case scenarios when evaluating risks, and I have certainly been guilty of this myself. However, I’ve discovered a helpful approach when considering any situation that involves risk. I allow myself to fully embrace and explore the exaggerated worst-case scenario right from the start. By immersing myself in this imaginative exercise, I quickly realize that the absolute worst outcome is often not as terrible as it initially seemed. Once I acknowledge that I can actually live with the worst-case scenario, I can make a rational and non-emotional decision about whether the potential benefits outweigh the risks involved. This has been incredibly helpful running my business and finding overall personal fulfillment.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I run, what I consider, a credibility and modern public relations firm called Cicospace. We help keynote speakers specifically control their reputation online. We’ve been labeled the “Secret Weapon For Keynote Speakers” by another publication and have had the honor of working with some of the most respected speakers in the country.

Outside of our main niche we do offer traditional public relations work for personal brands and have helped some amazing public figures repurpose long form footage into social media content.

If you are interested in who we’ve worked with or if you want more information on our services I’d recommend just checking out the website, you’ve have a chance their to reach out to our team and me specifically.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, there are probably two individual things I struggled with in the first year more than anything. To anyone struggling with either of these things, know that most people pursuing anything significant feel exactly the same.

First, realize that not everyone will share your vision for your life’s path. It can be disheartening when others fail to see what you see, leaving you feeling isolated and unsupported. But remember, it’s your unique vision, and this is just part of doing anything worthwhile.

Second, understand that your journey isn’t about doing the same thing forever. Finding fulfillment comes from embracing your current passions, knowing they are transient. When the flame wanes, it’s perfectly fine to pivot. I can not stress this enough, you are never stuck.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
I genuinely appreciate the incredible sense of community we have cultivated among keynote speakers. It is truly inspiring to witness the collective passion, unwavering commitment, and shared desire to create a significant impact in our respective fields.

When it comes to working with clients, I prioritize their level of enthusiasm and dedication above all else. I don’t impose strict criteria regarding their level of success or the duration of their commitment to our firm. It really comes down to finding individuals who exude a genuine passion for their work.
