Aaron , so great to have you on the platform and excited to have you share your wisdom with our community today. Communication skills often play a powerful role in our ability to be effective and so we’d love to hear about how you developed your communication skills.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned over the years is the power of listening. It’s by truly listening that I’ve been able to find the right words to express myself.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I consider myself a creative entrepreneur, currently working across TV & film and real estate. I write and produce media projects, while also helping people buy and sell homes.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Travel, collaboration, and trial and error have all had a major impact on my journey. Experiencing different cultures has brought clarity and light to my mission—it’s not only humbling, but it’s also helped shape my perspective on life. Collaboration has been equally important; seeing projects through different lenses has a powerful effect on the final outcome. And trial and error? It’s essential. For me, the challenges have often been more meaningful than the successes.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

My parents raised me with a strong foundation of manners and respect—two values I live by every day. I’m also deeply grateful for my diverse background. Being both Filipino and Jewish has given me the ability to connect with people from all walks of life and a deep appreciation for different cultures.
